I really enjoy the staff there. They re always helpful and friendly and that means a lot. I was going to Ramona shelter for a boosters but they had her age wrong and wanted to give her a shot she didn t need. I trust small animal center. Thank you ??

Your staff was great today. They took good care of my cat who is usually sketish going outside of my home.

My dog has a sore on her foot and its pretty much healed. I just wanted a vet tech to look at it really quick to make sure it was healing properly and it wasn t something worse but they did not take 2 minutes to look at it when they were giving my dog shots because they said they were too busy which was upsetting but besides that everything else was fine but hopefully my dogs foot is fine and I don t have to go back if it gets worse if this could have been prevented

The staff listened and were so kind. I love the curbside service. I prefer it. My dogs seem to behave better (as far as I know. I know I act better. lol).

I don t know how to text. I m sure people who do like that. The system of employees taking in and returning the pets seems to be working out well; it all goes faster than I would have expected. Good innovation for the (difficult) circumstances!

Very happy with the staff kind and loving to our new fur babies look forward to taking them to regular visits, I hope soon one day we can meet in the office. Its required right now because of our pandemic hopefully it will be back to normal .

I understand the need for curbside now, but I do miss being in the office during the exam. Also I am not a text person prefer calling & speaking with someone.

When we pulled up Elizabeth came out before we could even send our text. That is what we call great service. As always Elizabeth did a fantastic job grooming our dog.Great job Elizabeth!

I was asked to wear a mask by one girl when I was outside in my vehicle. This should not be a concern if I do not want to wear one. All staff was wearing a mask cover and if I am not concerned about catching something then others should not be concerned.

Excellent service. Karen was very friendly and helpful getting my boys tech appointment ASAP!! The tech that helped him was also very sweet and got him in and out in no time at all!! So appreciated.

Great service. Drive an hour to go to your clinic but it is worth it! Thank you!

Too expensive to take care of a family member and a rescue

I do like the texting, but I also want to be able to call when needed. As for curbside, only if it means that s the only way my pet will be seen. I would rather you open up your business fully. I work in a grocery store and we have been completely open.

curbside service is a good innovation for COVID.I m an old lady, so I don t text, but it is good for all who do. How will I find out Kringle s lab results? Can you e-mail me? Should I change her insulin or keep it the same? I am keeping it the same until I hear from you. Thanks.

I prefer visiting the vet with my pet being able to soak in recommendations and then ask more questions. Not a fan of curb side assistance.

The staff and Dr have always been informative. I have recommended the Small animal center to many people

Love your curb side service. I have a dog that s well behaved, but the excitement of your waiting room makes her a bit hard to control. And I also worry about the other dogs waiting. Please consider keeping the curb side service.
