The staff is always friendly and helpful

Elizabeth is our pets groomer. She is always pleasant and friendly. We enjoy bringing our pet Roxy to her.

When sending out the email with reminders of needed treatments look ahead a little bit. We almost misted so things that were due only a week later than first thing I scheduled for. Luckily the front desk caught it at check out and saved me a second trip.

This was our first visit and it was great.

We are very impressed with this Clinic. The staff are patient and kind. The young man, a vet tech, I think,was so good to us. I didn t get his name but he was excellent. So was the Dr. Thank you.

My appointment was at 2:40pm and I was not seen until 4:00pm was not happy that we waited so long for a 30min appointment. In that time I had to residual a important phone appointment because it took so long.

I loved the quick visit! We did not have to wait for hours .

The office was clean and the staff was polite and informative. All was good except I was shell shocked by what needed to be done. I’m disabled and my income is below poverty. But I liked the set up.
