Waiting time was a lot longer than usual and seemed like they forgot about us when we were there for an appointment scheduled, they took in patients that checked in after us... other than that always a great experience here

My cat, Little Bits, has anxiety issues. I was concerned about someone other than me taking him out of his crate. They sprayed a calming spray on a towel and draped it over his crate for a few minutes prior to removing him for his shots. It worked wonders! These people really care a lot for our littlest family members. ?

I waited in my car as my dog had a cough and sneeze. Everyone was very nice.

We love coming here cuz you guys are very accommodating and I know that our pets are in good hands thank you we appreciate you!

The really nice women at the front desk needs a raise she is the glue that greets all the people first before the doctor sees them. It’s a shame the #2 left but at lease we still have #1 at the front desk

All the staff is very friendly and helpful and they made you feel like you’re cared for not just health wise but also emotionally... it is very comforting to be there specially when your pet is not doing well, you know they’ll fix that!

Nice to see the office is now open and we can now actually hold a conversation with the staff face to face. Elizabeth did a wonderful job grooming our dog. He s old and she is so gentile with him like he was her own dog. He came out from his grooming looking fantastic. Later that day while walking him a neighbor complimented his grooming and asked where did we have it done. We gave him the name and phone number for Small Animal Care. Looks like you may have a new client headed your way!
