Staff was courteous and attentive.

We have been with Small Animal Care center for over 20 years. It s the only animal care center that we would consider using for the care of our animals. Highly recommend this facility if you want top care for your animals!

I am glad that I was able to go in today, I enjoy seeing the staff, thanks for being there for us.

I was supposed to be able to do a boarding waiver in the office because my WiFi is not very strong and I couldn’t get it to work online, however, the waiver was not done and I still had to do one online, which took several attempts, it is nice that you do so much online, however I would prefer to talk instead. At 78 I am not as computer savvy as most.

I have been in the last couple years and have always been very happy with with the service providers welcomeing and caring for my 2 Chica and poncho.

Loved everything except the wait. I waited about an hour to be seen with no explanation...

The staff is wonderful in every way. Thank you for your quality of care.
