This was my first visit and I am happy that I chose this vet. I am a new mom and new to the area so a great vet is something I am needing! I was disappointed with the length of wait once I was inside the exam room (45 minutes). Other than that, looking forward to our next check-up!

Please make sure that carriers are fully closed. On the way to my vehicle after picking up my injured cat, the door came off and dumped him onto the ground. He was halfway across the parking lot before I caught up with him. We re both fine (although he was shaking for several minutes afterwards), but it was stress that could have been avoided by having the carrier properly closed.

The text that i received said I can bring both dogs Sushi & Mochi for grooming at 1pm- arrived at parking lot & office has sign saying at lunch until 2pm. Knocked at door & office staff agreed to take Sushi. As for Mochi, i wasn’t told when i made the appt that he is due for the rabies shot , before he can be groomed. It makes a difference if we’re informed ahead of tome. Thank you
