When there is going to be a long wait,more than 20 minutes, could one of the staff come and tell the client. As this morning there was a rather nasty gentleman becoming louder and louder about the delay. He was not pleasant to the staff and off putting to other clients.

Very happy with first visit. I grew up on a farm in Washington State, and have found my greatest happiness with animals. I to this day watch every veterinary show on tv and there are a lot of them.I wanted to be a veterinarian, but ended up becoming a speech-language pathologist for over 55 years.
