Wonderful staff and doctor

The only issue I have is that it took over a month to get this appointment. It’s possible the mass that was found would have been caught sooner. Have been coming to this office since 2007 in their old building. Not used to having to wait for help for so long.

My husband and I really like this facility for our fur babies, it’s clean the staff is always friendly. I’m not sure of his name but he works the front desk almost every time I go in he’s so polite. Keep up the great work. I would definitely recommend your establishment to any of my pet loving friends!

I have been going to Small Animal Care Center since 2016. I have had 4 cats & 1 dog expertly treated . They treated me & my fur-kids with great kindness & compassion when I had to make the very difficult decision to put down 2 cats , 17 & 18 & recently my 13 year old Mini-Yorkie . Dr Mercer & his staff are caring , competent , & accommodating!

You guys are all awesome. It s not just a job to you you treat the pets with love and tenderness. I ve been coming there for many year s and its always great. Bobbi

You guys are amazing!

Very nice people that work There. I have came there many years and always will.

Facility and staff are great, care of my dog is always top notch! My only complaint is that I am ALWAYS over charged when boarding and ALWAYS end up with a credit on my account.

Very good staff and that includes grooming facility. Elizabeth was great with young Emilee !’ We appreciate all of you!!
