Staff were excellent and I have been with the facility for over 14 years and they have always been fantastic.

some old people trouble with online appointments and filling out waivers that are pesky, normally i do not have trouble with the computer but boy did i this time

Dr. Mercer spent time a lot of time explaining, listening, and answering our questions. He was such a blessing. The young man who took all of the preliminary info. on our dog was very kind, friendly and SO GENTLE with her. He was also very sympathetic to the unpleasant diagnosis we received. We appreciate your staff so much.

My first visit and I quite enjoyed all the assistance from all the staff members. I felt I made a great decision in bringing my fur babies to the Small Animal Care Center and while they normally get anxious, I was pleasantly surprised at how relatively calm they were in the exam room. Overall the staff truly made a huge difference.

Thank you to all staff for your kindness and warm welcoming. You took good care of my Bevis. When you knew I was stress and scared during Bevis surgery, You comfort me with warm messages and kept me informed . For that I’m Grateful.

I love your facility.. clean and accomodating.. the entire staff is excellent, and Dr Mercer is an awesome veterinarian..

Elizabeth the groomer is awesome. Very gentle and kind to my precious cat Bella. Bella always arrives at clinic having pooped and peed and vomited. And the staff never seems to mind and still treat Bella gently.
