Theres been a change in staff last time i came. Was not greeeted,waited atleast 10min til a gentleman asked if ive been helped. My appointment was late and tech didn t deworm my pup. My dog not himself when we left nor the next few hours. Takes alot to upset maxxx. Your new tech must not have a good way with animals sad to say.
