Everyone is always very kind to me when I call, and even sweeter when I am there in person. The girls are wonderful,and very patient with Teddy and Gemma Lucille each time we are there!!!

I truly appreciated how much time both Heather and the vet spent talking to me on the phone about my pup Jax!

With the added safety precautions due to the pandemic our appointment was seamless and very well thought out. We have a nervous dog and we grateful for the extra gentle and calm way she is treated. A great clinic and Dr. Clapper is wonderful!

Dr. Vricella and her staff are amazing! They always take great care of my guinea pigs.

As always, staff was friendly and courteous. We only had a tech visit scheduled, but discovered the morning of the visit that one of our dogs, Zoey, had a red ear. Steve called and asked if perhaps a vet could take a peek at her. We were told you all would try & note was added to appt. when we arrived, Steve reminded staff of need to check ear if possible. When someone called us to give a report of the visit, Zoey’s ear had not been checked but was kindly done when asked with the final report. Thanks for treating. She is much better but think you need to work on communication amongst staff if possible. Thanks for great care of our animals. We love you, just offering a suggestion for improvement!

Due to pandemic I did not go into the room. Everything was well organized and Heather was very helpful.

Dr Amberlee is always knowledgeable about my Bulldog Maddie. A great source of information and takes the time to ask questions to help her diagnose problems. Always answers questions.

With StCharles County being completely open, I m struggling to understand the current policies BRAH is still implementing. If clients (humans) wear a mask, I don t understand why I can t go in with my pet. Both of my dogs have vet anxiety and I did not like having to leave him like I had to. However, in order to see Dr. Clapper, I put my pet through this. Please consider changing this policy in the near future, as I can t be the only client frustrated with the procedures still being implemented.

I am a disabled senior citizen, @high risk for Covid-19. EVERYONE used the utmost caution. Savana, my service dog was treated by Dr Loder, she and Heather, (tech) kept me informed of everything. Dr William Wright has been my vet since he started at Florissant Animal Hospital. I have always gotten top-notch care for my animals from any staff that works with him!!! Thank you for taking such great care of Savana and me.

I brought my rabbit Wigs here and was very nervous because due to the virus I wasnt able to go in with him but I could tell that he was taken well care of. I love all the compliments I got on how well behaved and beautiful he was too:)
