The doctor seemed to do a thorough exam, but didn t seem to want to get to know me or my dog. I found her impersonal, but a satisfactory doctor. I will ask for a different vet on my next appointment.

Everyone was very helpful and nice.

I am always very happy with the attention given to my Winston and he is a happy dog too while being examined, love the ties with calming scent, music, treats it is a pleasure to bring him there to have these shots which normally is a task, Love the new building and I will be having his dental work there next week and I am not nervous about it at all as they have it together. I have recently switched my dogs over to Bryan Road animal hospital from another vet because of someone s recommendation on how friendly and knowledgeable everyone is. I love how the vet tech talked smoothly to my dog Shay while getting her nails trimmed, that has never happened. It impressed my husband and I very much. Thank you for that and everything you all do. You will be seeing my other dog Pancake soon when she is due. My friend was right when she recommended you all.

Dr. Vricella and her staff are very good with my bird. They are patient and caring and gentle with him.
