It was difficult to be seen due to covid

I’m very happy with the care I was provided. Professional service from the vet tech to the veterinarian. Received results from tests promptly.

The Dr.s and Staff are the best. They are personable and wonderful with my dogs. Dr. Loder is amazing and My dogs love her! I highly recommend this practice.

Dr. Clapper and staff was amazing with our dog Tesla. She was in so much pain and even though they were closing in 15 min they told us to come in and took amazing care Bc of her. We will be back.

I appreciate you guys so much! My dog Lucy is very scared to come to the vet to get her nails trimmed because she has to be sedated. You guys have got her in and out within in hour so she isn t so stressed out on numerous occasions. This is above and beyond to me. Thank you!!

Handled the COVID thing well - everyone was masked and policies were actually in place and practiced. Thank you!

The staff is always quick, responsive, knowledgeable and professional. I have never had a bad experience and I have been taking my dogs here since they opened.

It was so easy to take both my cats in. I waited in the car , and if I had a question, or they did .... they were there to answer the phone with an answer. I love all the doctors and receptionist.... they are all very friendly and concerned about each and every pet.

I am so happy we chose Bryan Road Animal Hospital. Dr. Loder is a great doctor, very responsive and compassionate. Taylor, our tech, was very friendly and helpful.

Thank you for doing animal care safely. I know that Koko received premium medical care in a socially distanced and safe environment. All questions were answered by staff and the doctor and I didn’t feel “rushed” or like it was a virtual visit. It was a real visit for Koko, even if I wasn’t in there. Thank you for taking care of my girl while keeping O’Fallon humans safe as well.

Appointment during COVID19 so didn’t go inside except for just inside door to get Skye when she was done. It is always clean.

Everything was excellent, of course, but it would not let me click on that.

Everything went well however it’s difficult to wait in the car to be seen and to pay. It creates a lot of anxiety for my dog.

Everyone is always so friendly and Lucy likes to be there. No complaints.

All the vets and vets techs are so caring. They truly love the animals they work with and when faced with a difficult challenge they don t stop until they find a solution. It took several months to solve my dog s mystery of chewing her toes but they never gave up and we have finally found the right combination of meds to help get diabetic neuropathy and she is all healed up.

I know when ever I call you are all ways there to help.
