We had to stay in our car after leaving our 2 dogs in crates in entry area. I feel like we missed a lot of communication with little feedback.

Bryan animal hospital has the best drs and Tec’s very nice to my dogs very professional I never see such caring staff with our dogs my dog Romeo been seeing dr clapper we absolutely love her I tell everyone I know to take their pets there my dogs are my babies and dr clapper treats they the same way thank you so much Bryan’s road hospital especially dr clapper

It s hard to get a feel for a particular vet or person at the practice with social distancing in place but I do think everyone did their best to be warm, inviting, and professional during our visit. I appreciate how Dr. Loder took the time to research our dogs caloric needs and give suggestions to help her lose weight.

They made it incredibly easy to bring my dog in during the pandemic. Everything was cleaned and they made it a no-contact visit. Very helpful and explained everything in detail!

This was our first visit and during COVID precautions. Was happy with how the staff handled the visit under these difficult circumstances.

Would have been nice to be able to talk to dr. on phone. I understand this viru s thing in person b ut don t believe you can get the vir us over the ph one. talk to dr.about results fround rather than nurse p.

We had to put to sleep a beloved pet cat. Within 2 weeks, we adopted one from a neighbor. Through all of this process and through this covid 19 pandemic, Bryan Animal hospital has been wonderfully professional, courteous, and friendly about everything. They now are our go to Vet !! We have already made a recommendation. You guys are great

The vets and staff were focused and worked hard to ensure my dog was not in danger. I was very worried about his unusual symptoms and was grateful for the hands on approach to his treatment.

Considering what’s happening right now with the pandemic, I was super impressed with the clinic. I love the clinic so much I’m continuing to go to them even though I have moved to Maryland Heights.
