I LOVE COMING HERE THE EMPLOYEES ARE SO FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL

I signed up for the package that had 1 year flea/tick, heartworm preventative etc. My dog is 101 lbs. At 1 lbs over, they wouldn t give him the heartworm meds. I wish you would carry meds for larger breeds. He is a cane corso. I ve only signed up for that package to save money due to being on a strict budget. They offered me heartworm meds for $160 extra. I declined and will find it elsewhere. Otherwise it was good.

Very friendly and helpfull.

We weren’t told ahead of time we had to bring Porter back every month to be weighed to get his heart worm pills. So we’ve paid for 6 months, given 1 month, and now have to haul him 30 mins to be weighted for another 5 months. We would have just gotten the cheaper plan if we had known all of that. Otherwise no complaints.

The staff was friendly and the process went smoothly

We had our cat in to get fixed last week. Several days later she developed a huge lum on her incision site. We took her to our vet and he informed us that we needed to take her to the ER. While at the ER they can out and informed us that her skin was sutured closed but her skin under that was not at all. It was fat building up from her insides. This is the 3rd issue we have had bringing our animals to you. We will be contacting KCTV5, The Better Business Bureau and any other company that can bring our issue to the public. We spent over $700 to fix a mistake that your company made and if we did not take her in when we did she would not be with us. Very disappointed with this company and your ethics.

You guys were so amazing and kind to me when I brought my kitten in to get neutered. I was very nervous about his first time being under anesthesia and then his taking awhile to wake up, but I was comforted and talked through the process. I couldn’t appreciate you guys more. I will provide resources/donations to you guys as I can to say thanks for taking care of my little man.

Based on my personal experience, I feel there is room for improvement in creating better systems for improving organization. Overall, I think you’re doing a fantastic job and I am happy with the services you provide.

We had the chance to use the close to home but marley would have been a number There was no compassion with them that’s why we had you do it you’ve done other animals of mine and I just couldn’t think of a better place I want Marley to go to have this done thank you so much

I’m not sure the persons name but they have black and green hair and they were the nicest person ever when they came to get our dogs from our car. They listened to our concerns about my dog who is a skittish rescue from an abusive home and talked to my dog and made my dog comfortable to go with them. Other vet offices have not been as kind with him it really meant the world to me.

I am ao glad I was able to contact your organization and the help and service, advice, and directions have been exceptional. You all rock from the call center to the vet techs and vets. Miss Tracie in the call center was outstanding the first contact when I was near tears trying to get someone to help with my rescued cat family. I would have been lost without her and all her compassion and patience as well as advice and extra effort to help me with my doing right by all my babies.
