Great experience and Prince came out happy (albeit groggy). Post-neuter explanation was very good and the team even considered his breed and recommended Trazadone to keep him settled for the days afterward. And they even shared that he was really good both before and after and that everyone that he was a star, which made us feel so good. I would definitely recommend Pet Resources of KC!

The line of cars (30 of them) looked daunting. After 30 very anxious minutes of very little check-in activity, I thought I would be sitting there for HOURS. However, after 30 minutes, everyone got checked in within the next 30 minutes. Perhaps at check-in you could re-assure people that all check-ins will be complete within an hour?

All the staff is always wonderful! To the person checking me in outside at the booth, to the person on the phone, to Ian bringing my dog inside. I’ve never had a bad experience. This was my third time taking my dog in for her annuals here. I always recommend. Good job and keep it up!!

My cat came home and it’s her foot bleeding no explanation of why and she was in pain. This is was a very poor experience and will not be back. Not to mention the 2 hour wait to drop her off

I think pet resource is a great place to take pets for services, I wish they offered veterinary services also.
