My suggestion is to schedule the appointments so that the pets can be seen on time. My appointment was 40 mins late. I often schedule these over my lunch hour so it puts me in a bad place when we can’t be seen at the appointed time.

My first visit with you. Everyone was very kind and helpful. I was comfortable leaving my cat there for surgery. He is doing well and his incision is healing with no complications. As an animal lover I so appreciate the car you give to all, not just the animals but also their owners.

Your check in with 6 lanes was awesome. My uncle came with me and said this is going to take forever. He was pleasantly surprised. The gals were nice and efficient. A good experience

When getting a microchip, scanning on pickup to confirm it was placed and where would be nice. My dog s vet does this, which helped us realize it was migrating from the original spot to his leg. Since i can t be sure if my kitty got the chip or if anyone forgot,now i need to make another trip with him somewhere to get scanned and confirm where it is

I loved this experience in every moment. I could feel how much a vet tech who delivered my dog to my car adored him and I appreciated detailed instruction on the medication along with verbal information given.

Didn’t communicate for me to text with my information at pick up so I sat in line for over an hour waiting before I stopped someone and asked what it would take to pick up my dog. They then told me about the directions in the back of the name slip. Other than that everything was great.

Beyond amazing. Couldn t have asked for a better service for my two cats. Bert and Ernie. Both neutered and found tapeworms. They were quick to treat and inform me. Educate me as well. You guys are angels . Keep up the good work . Sharla shandy Bert & Ernie ????

I really like the new vaccine packages with flea, tick, heartworm preventative medicine. I especially like that the preventative medicine are in chewable. I think you have a great system outside for covid.
