All of the staff we encountered were wonderful and very professional. The only suggestion I would recommend is clear instructions on when to start pain meds after spaying (the sheet said the next day but the bottle said that night). Also, to let customers know that other cat(s) in the house may hiss at spayed cat due to scent of anesthesia for a couple of days. Other than those 2 things, I think you guys are doing a GREAT job!

I’m so happy we found out about your place! You have helped us so much and we are grateful to that our Freya is now spayed. We are also taking training classes and We are very excited to learn all we can to have a well behaved member of our family. Your staff have been very easy to talk with and are very professional. I think more people should find out about your training because then they too will have better behaved dogs but they will also learn about dog behavior and then they will become better at taking care of their pooch.

When I checked in I let the young lady know I had a 12:15 appointment. I was directed to a spot and given number 69 I waited over an hour for an alleged appointment and basically I was just in line with everyone that drove up. Definitely not pleased.

My one and only suggestion is communication. I was very clear before I came that I could not afford services and even had to borrow gas money just to get there. It was made clear via email the services would be free....so there was a small panic when I was asked for $20 for the ear treatment at the end of Stormys appointment. That small internalized panic attack I was given could have been avoided with communication between staff. Outside of that, everything was great,staff was very polite, and would highly recommend to others.

Everyone is very friendly, able to answer all questions quickly and thoroughly. Drop off for my pets surgery was lengthy but well organized. Handlers listened to my concerns in regards to my Aussie’s and that they have never been separated. The handler gave me extra medication for sedation at home because they are a high energy breed. I appreciated that and it was needed.

The wait time of 45 minutes was a bit too long. While I understand overbooking is done in case of no shows, it would be helpful to monitor the waiting time for those who do keep their appointments. I would suggest a time limit of no more than 20 minutes.

I know that covid has been hard on everyone, but my pet had surgery and I didn t feel like I had a chance to ask questions because I had cars with others waiting for me to move. It was also loud (from nearby traffic) and cold outside. I would like to see the pet checkout rooms be open for pet owners to ask questions in a more controlled environment. Other that I love the staff and the care my cat was given during each of here visits. Just would have liked to have the opportunity to get a better understanding on what my pet needs.

The only thing I was upset with was the time it took. I had an appointment on 11am and my dog was not taken in until 1230. I love this place but if I make an appointment I would appreciate it be around that time frame.

On the morning of the appointment for Munchkin, I was again unable to catch her for the appointment. Your customer service team was inflexible, causing me to lose my prepaid service. I m still quite unhappy about this.
