Very pleased with the experience.

I brought my cat in for vaccines and she was brought back out in under 10 minutes without any vaccines or her chip scanned, which I had asked the clinic to do. Before she was brought in I was asked if she was friendly and I stated she can be a bit fickle however she s usually okay . When she was brought back out I was told we were unable to do any vaccines. She was hissing and growling. While I completely understand protecting your employees, I do find it a bit odd that they didn t have the equipment or training to deal with nervous pets that would keep both keep the animal and the staff safe. I was told my options were giving the cat a liquid supplement or sedation, I opted to hold off either. I was refunded my money and apologized to the staff about the cats demeanor, however I m still a bit frustrated. Also I don t believe her chip was scanned either.

My dog was given a second rabies shot after I veey clearly told the girl on the phone about AND my husband brought it up again to the person who took the dog in the day of. When he got home and I discovered this, it took me calling three times to get any information on this. The last woman I talked to was amazing- got the info from the vet herself (who was supposed to call me and I am still waiting on that) and was very reassuring and informative. I believe her name was Rachael or Stacey. She was the only positive part of this whole ordeal. It should not matter if you are shortstaffed, the missed documentation of information by your staff was reckless and dangerous, not to mention completely avoidable. What if it had been an allergy or something life threatening? Please do better for the sake of all pets and pet owners.

So happy that your team is here to help especially in these times. I know you are slammed 24/7/365 due to the needs of the community and we appreciate you guys so much. I wish you were able to have a mobile spay and neuter clinic but I know the resources that would take. You are a blessing to the city. Keep up the great work, thank you for your mobile vaccination services and we hope to see you again soon.

I was very pleased

There was a bit of a mix up with what I was getting done today but the employee raised this concern and we were able to get things straightened out. I appreciated them double checking the paper work for my cats.

It was hard to get through on phone for appts even when returning a call. Otherwise it was all good

The wait times can be long almost like you guys are overbooked, but aside from that we have been very pleased with our experiences.

Great experience and Prince came out happy (albeit groggy). Post-neuter explanation was very good and the team even considered his breed and recommended Trazadone to keep him settled for the days afterward. And they even shared that he was really good both before and after and that everyone that he was a star, which made us feel so good. I would definitely recommend Pet Resources of KC!

The line of cars (30 of them) looked daunting. After 30 very anxious minutes of very little check-in activity, I thought I would be sitting there for HOURS. However, after 30 minutes, everyone got checked in within the next 30 minutes. Perhaps at check-in you could re-assure people that all check-ins will be complete within an hour?

Your team of pet lovers are so friendly, informed and helpful!!! I am so grateful my Sammie gets to visit you all from time to time and I get to learn from you all. Thanks for doing ALL you do!

All the staff is always wonderful! To the person checking me in outside at the booth, to the person on the phone, to Ian bringing my dog inside. I’ve never had a bad experience. This was my third time taking my dog in for her annuals here. I always recommend. Good job and keep it up!!

Your team did a great job but they were clearly overloaded with handling all their work. If your budget could go towards hiring more help, I think it would be less stressful for your team.
