Everyone was just so unbelievable so helpful , my Pookie bear is doing great . My other vet I some times go to independent dog and cat hospital on Nolan Road Would have said put her down she is old dog !! All my family and friends said the same thing . So to us it was a miracle She s happy she s not in pain she s back to her normal self . Thank all of you such a blessing !!!

Hi there! I brought Pico in on Wednesday. I just wanted to say thank you for what you do and willingness to work with Pico. I adopted him and it’s taken me two years to get his level of anxiety where it’s at now (so so much better). The first time I tried to take him to the vet, they kept him for 5 minutes and said he was too anxious to see. They gave me an anxiety prescription and asked me to bring him back once he can be calm. It was kind of a defeating experience. I’m a brand new dog mom and I felt like I failed him! I’ve been nervous to try and bring him back to any vet. I was honestly expecting a call asking me to come get him for being “too anxious”. I was so incredibly relieved that your team was willing to work with him. The girl that brought him to me explained they had to keep him in a blanket to get him to cooperate, but she was so nice about it and helped me not feel so bad. So again, thank you for easing my fears about taking Pico to the vet and doing a great job! I’ll definitely recommend your services!

For larger dogs, I felt like her spay was rushed. The staff before and after was courteous but there was a lack of personal connection with the surgeon or doctors that performed the surgery. My dog was walked out on a leash stumbling around. We had to lift her up into the car. She could barely walk. She cried all the way home in pain. I was really surprised there wasn’t a better way to help get a dog that size into a vehicle after surgery. It felt really quick as if she needed a few more hours of supervision (literally hours after major surgery for a dog I receive a text to get her no later than 2:30) and at least a method to get her into the car after surgery other than the unqualified person who brought her out just lifting her up by her back feet and hearing her yelp in pain. It was heartbreaking. It was really concerning and I had reservations that I made the right decision. Fortunately she seems better but she still won’t eat very well three days later. I definitely think you need to give more time for larger dog spays and establish a method to get them into a vehicle in a more professional manner. I also had to hear all the instructions post op in the pouring rain outside form someone that didn’t really have first hand experience with my dog. She read it off a sheet and was confused so I had to call back to talk to someone to clarify (who was very helpful). Overall I feel like you guys present yourself very professional, it’s obvious that you care and train the people that talk to you on the phone to be professional and courteous but once I got there the experience was rushed liked an assembly line. I didn’t have a good feeling about it and would not spay another dog there again. But your facility does seem good for other small dog procedures or routine care. I had a cat spayed there and was a better experience. But it was not as rushed even for her and she was a kitten. So maybe you need to have better practices Ana’s evaluate as mentioned Howe to handle larger breeds.

The service is absolutely wonderful and there s no doubt your staff is very compassionate about our fur babies. Also, the knowledge they shared with me is very important to the welfare of Leo having a long and healthy life! Y all are straight up AWESOME

Consistently outstanding experience

Truly a fantastic experience

I brought my puppy for 12 week puppy boosters, but I think he was given adult doses of his shots. The report sheet I got said he isn t due again until May 2023. It also said he got a rabies shot and I don t think he is old enough yet. The staff member that brought him out to me said We accidentally gave him a bordetalla nasal vaccine that he wasn t supposed to get. If he starts having breathing problems, call us or an emergency vet. Certainly not something I wanted to hear. I need to know if he actually got adult doses or if he got puppy doses and needs to come back in 4 weeks. - Joleen Seeley

Everyone was friendly and caring about my pets. I do wish Gizmos weight was more accurate as a 16 month old male husky I know he is over 32 pounds.

Through this organization, I have 2 cats that I have had neutered. One is a “pet” and the other one was “feral” and is now my pet too. My community that I live in the 64114 KC area used to use your Spay and Neuter program often to keep the “feral” cat population down. My neighbors and I now have to feed the large “feral” community which was caused by the Spay and Neuter program being discontinued. I’m aware you have “feral” cat clinics about twice a year and that you except about 200 cats each time. My community needs help with the over population here in KC. Please offer more more Spay and Neuter clinics in the near future, as feeding and care for “Gerald “ is an expensive task for us all. Thank you.

A suggestion would be for the appointment times to be staggered as to help eliminate some of the vehicle congestion. But other than that you guys are AWESOME SAUCE lol

It would be great if the employee that tells the pet owners where to park would tell them that dogs are first then cat s, it makes sense but at least they would know why everyone else is moving except for the cat owner

Despite the disclaimer that some wait times exceed appointment time, I feel like waiting an extra 35 minutes before my pet was called for is excessive. Maybe you were short handed, maybe you overbooked, IDK, but I arrived at my appt time @ 15 minutes early, and still waited (in my opinion) too long. I answered the first question N/A because I am not even sure I will bring my pet back, let alone refer.

They were very professional and courteous. Took great care of my cat and had all the information when I asked questions.

I have learned so much about pet resource..that it is a wonderful place for all your pets , health wise and loving them as their own. I have had 3 dachshunds and two labs go there and all transitions have been wonderful! The cost efficiency for their health such as vaccinations and heart and flea treatment makes it a smoother way to make sure all animals are healthy and happy without any hardships. Scheduling was very cumbersome. Online scheduling didn t work as expected (couldn t find an open slot) and I had to talk to multiple people before I was able to schedule. Also, I had an appointment and my cat went into the clinic about 45 minutes after my appointment was scheduled to start. I really appreciate your services, just wanted to give you feedback so you can hopefully continue to improve your processes.
