The fle and tick needs to be a pill. They are better and more effective then the drops. We slots lost a dog several years ago due to drops

They were great!!! Even though we had to wait a little, it was crowded and they handled it great. Check in wasn t no problem it was fast. I liked it cause u didn t have to go in. They came and get your animal and bring them back out.You can pay on the phone inside your car, great, cause u don t have to stand in line. They still Covit cautious,They Vaccinated my animal last year. They friendly and respectful.And fast. I will be bringing her back next year.

This was a mess from the beginning. First, online booking is “encouraged”, but is a nightmare (cannot book more than one animal, and then the appointment is not found and follow up texts and emails tell you you don’t have an appointment. And why have appointment times if they’re not remotely honored? 11:30 appointment, cats went in for shots at 12:40. My cats are obviously different weights/sizes, yet the paperwork shows they both weigh the same. Quality was is short supply Friday. I’ve never witnessed more chaos to get shots. I’ve used your services since getting my cats 4 years ago. I believe in your mission. I will have to think long and hard if I am to return.

Staff needs to learn how to behave when difficult dogs are brought in. Never had a problem before but this was a totally different team. They were scared and acted like I was doing something wrong and I felt like called alot of attention to the situation.

Possibly more streamlined drop off and pick up. We were told a specific time to be there but we still had to wait over an hour.

They washed my cat after he soiled himself in the cage, great service!

Tracy was an absolute joy. I can feel her passion for this job while we spoke on the phone. She was very helpful and patient while helping me get appointments set up for my dogs! She definitely deserves some recognition!

1 paid 145.00 and only 65.00 worth of service. I am very disappointed in the way it all was handled. I will look somewhere else.

It was very difficult to get the results of my pets heartworm tests. They said I would receive a text the same day and I never did. The next day I called and talked to 5 different people, none of which (including a supervisor) was able to help me. I Finally received a text 2 days later. This is a long time to make clients wait and worry whether their pet has heartworm or not, especially when the test only takes about 15 minutes to process. You need a better system for this.
