I didn t even get my pet in to get shots because I had to wait in a long ass line, even though I made an appointment. What s the point of making an appointment if it s still first come first serve?? It s bullshit. I sat there for an hour and nobody even came to our car. It s ridiculous

I understand that y all see a lot of pets on a daily basis, but I had a 8:20 drop off time and did not get home until almost 9:30 due to the lines. I wish that potential had been communicated better as it affected my work schedule

I would recommend pet resource for pet needs. They are awesome Staff are great.

I had two kittens to spay/neuter. Paid for Gold package which is a great value but wasn’t given advantage multi 6 months treatments due to low weight of the animals. That was disappointing. I told that I would give treatment when they rich desired weight, that did not convince staff. In situations like that Pet Resource should issue a note so client can come back and get the treatment or adjust the cost accordingly. Otherwise everything was great. Thank you!

Staff was extremely nice and even though I didn t have enough money with me to pay for all services required to get dog up to date on her vaccines it wasn t a problem and they even microchipped her for free.

I understand services are rushed because of the massive number of animals PRCKC helps each day--and thank you all for that! My only suggestion is perhaps for more transparency with what s included in a wellness exam. I m fostering a neighborhood cat and her three kittens and brought them in for vaccines, etc. I was disappointed that I wasn t able to ask the veterinarian about specific concerns, and I ve since felt lumps on the mother cat s sides that I think might be fatty tumors. I wish the vet would have (1) noticed (as I d expect in a wellness exam) and (2) informed me. But I understand that PRCKC is trying to help as many pets as possible each day, so exams are rushed. I will continue to use PRCKC! Though in this case, I ll take the cat to a private vet for a more thorough exam. But this isn t a complaint. I love PRCKC. THANK YOU for the work you do!!!

It was a little wait, your staff was amazing. They were friendly courteous and I felt like I was leaving our pet in the Best hands. My brother is dissipate abled and this pet means so much to him. He would not have been able to do this if it works for you thank you so very much for your service
