I didn t get to have my appointment so I am confused why I m receiving this. I was told to call back in 2 weeks then I would be scheduled another 4-6 weeks after that so I am not sure when I will be able to get in.

I adopted a cat with severe stomatis. Thanks to you I will be able to have the necessary dental procedures for about half of what the pet dental specialist was going to charge. That said, through the course of adopting him and reaching out for care I sent numerous emails and made multiple phone calls over a three week period with no response. It was very frustrating. I finally contacted Kelsey, the customer care specialist, and she was kind enough to help me. I love how well organized the vet visit was. It went very quickly and smoothly and was on time. I love that the vet calls you in person after the visit.

I feel as everything was pretty good besides the First Lady that came to the car to give me the muzzle for my dog, I never put on a muzzle and she got a little frustrated but the second lady that came out was GREAT even when my dog was not happy…Other than that everything else was great

Thanks for taking good care of my cat. Everything went smoothly and I ve been able to keep her quiet and keep the cone on her head by giving her the gabapentin. I took it off once and she immediately started licking her incision so back on it went! My only negative experience was the long wait (50 minutes) idling in my car with 100 degree temperature with the A/C on but I know it was necessary. Everything was very well organized and efficient.
