I would give 0 Stars but there isn’t an option for zero stars. Unsatisfactory, no respect provided to my animal (a puppy) unsanitary (left my dog with feces on her rear stuck on her rear without cleaning her up) I’m sorry I placed my beloved puppy in the care of this place, horrific.

Your staff not only was so nice and understanding in our time of need, not only your blessing helped us afford both German Shepherds get fixed has change in his aggression in my black shepherd like night and day. I owned shepherds all my life and always fixed them by yr 1. Then I was told it stunts their growth. I haven t experienced that with my dogs but eliminating the aggression has been life changing for everyone family aans pets. Thank you were most grateful. I already referred other family and friends.

Appointment was 1:40, any suggestions would be speeding up the process. I had to wait over an hour to be seen. And multiple cars that arrived after were seen before me.

The only thing I disliked was filling all my information out several times. (Booking the appointment, again though the message service, over the phone, and through the message service again.)

Everyone we encountered was very friendly and informative. I called3 vets to see their policy on spaying cats and they all said that Pet Resource Center was the best place to go. I agree now.

Love Westlake Wednesdays. This past week I saw so many people taking advantage of this fantastic service out here in Wyandotte County. Thank you for all you do for the community, even as far west as the dotte.

The whole experience was a good one. Would highly recommend and will always return.

No complaints about the actual services. Drop off and pick up were not very efficient. It would be helpful for people to know they need at least an hour on each end, to be able to let employers know/request enough time off to handle a pet or foster needs.

Please try and have those picking up or dropping off a pet and is ready to leave able to move past those cars that are still waiting. I waited over 30 min to leave after my pet was handed off to me because the car in front of me was still waiting for their pet and was blocking several of us in who had already received our pet. Thank you

my dog s neuter surgery was easy to schedule and all the information i needed was easy to access on your website. the check-in and pick-up process was fast and efficient. everything went very smoothly and we were sent home with all we needed to ensure our boy s comfortable recovery. you have a very well organized setup and i would highly recommend it to anyone.
