I adore Pet Resource Center of KC. My pets have both been treated by the staff and I ve never had an issue with customer service or quality of care. However, I would like to suggest a better solution to the lane waiting system. Such as a texting system like the DMV uses. 15 min before your appt you get a text, you can text back to get more time or cancel with a call from staff. I realize the space is very small compared to the amount of care your staff offer, social distancing (as well as backed up appts from covid) are likely an issue but some other way would be nice :)

Isn’t it about time that owners are allowed in with their pets? We had several questions for the vet when we brought our dog by for yearly vaccinations last week. It feels a little “off”, for lack if a better term, to not have any interaction between the vet & pet owners ~ especially since you consider it an exam when the pet is being vaccinated. Maybe leave out the exam part & just call it vaccinations? We are grateful for vaccinations that we can afford but at the same time, would love to be able to talk to the actual vet at the time our dog is being seen. Thank you.

I have asked several times for the simplest thing. Spell my first name correctly, and it has never been changed. It’s rude. I think it’s wonderful to have a place where you can get pet care at a reasonable price. I have several dogs so affordability is essential. I can’t rate embassy or individualization of care because my exposure is limited to people I meet in the parking lot only. I have two dogs that will probably never come here for anything other than vaccinations because of that. Like most people my pets are my family members and I am hesitant to turn them over to strangers

The person that brought our puppy back out to the truck towed my husband she was a bleeder. This is concerning to me as she is 4 months old and they are wanting to spay her now. It s Monday so I m going to wait until Tuesday that won t be so busy and call and find out what they meant by this. It s scary for someone to tell you your dog is a bleeder and then say it s time to do her surgery. Other than that everything at this facility is excellent and I would not be able to vaccinate or spay my dog without them. Thank you so much for your great work. A very satisfied customer

I paid for the cat vaccine package plus I wanted the feline leukemia for all four cats. When I git home and looked at receipt you did not give the Feline leukemia shots. I have $115 credit. I am no angry as this was the soul reason I brought all 4 cats in. I would have assumed the were vaccinated against FELV. I took off 1/2 day from work and had my sister help me get all 4 cats in crates. She is from out of town and brought two of her cat crates to help me. Now what do I do?? I cant bring all four cats back at one time.

Very friendly and help staff at the Troost location. I have referred a co-worker to take her pet there for vaccinations.
