I thought my appt would guarantee my time slot, but I ended up waiting an hour to be seen. Why should I schedule an appt if it is not being met.

My dog cried and hopped around after receiving the shots and I wasn’t sure what happened to her cause she has never acted that way before

I have used your vaccination clinics 3 times and each one has been a wonderful experience. The ladies working there are knowledgeable and friendly. It is a great service.

My puppy has been sick since he was neutered at your clinic, and I made multiple attempts to reach someone for help, leaving multiple messages and when I finally was able to reach someone and get my puppy in to be checked over the veterinarian/staff did not take the time and did not do any testing to try to find out why my puppy is getting sick from getting neutered. As well as, I was miss informed by several different staff members over the phone. There needs to be much improvements made. I also feel I should of been allowed to go in and discuss my concerns with the veterinarian regarding my pet, after staff members told me I could, then telling me I couldn t when it was time for him to be seen, and especially with him having ongoing issues since his surgery
