I previously worked at a Pet Clinic here in Kansas City. I was pleasantly surprised by the experience. The efficiency of everything. Communication is key and you guys have it; Whether it’s communicating online, on the phone, or in person. Price is important, but the welling being of our pets is more important, therefore, the communication on our pets health is the most important. I saw that here. Pet Resource was a well-oiled machine. Staying an hour for check in? Who cares, when you’re told upfront? Only waited 45 minutes, sold. Thank you for your professional and honest communication. I will continue to support the word of your company and your staff. Also, I usually don’t write reviews, I simply couldn’t do without in this situation.

Wait time was a little long, but the service and friendliness provided was worth the wait. Please be careful when trimming pet s claws. There is a powder to stop bleeding that appeared wasn t applied because it appeared I had blood spots on the blanket that I noticed when I got home. Otherwise

I sent emails and left vm and never heard back. The initial online appt maker makes it sound like you pay online and I never found a place to pay. I would either indicate that you pay when you get to the appt or that some one will call to take payment. I never received a call as the site had indicated as well. Thank you for the services you offer! My husband had a great experience working with the intake/pickup assistant.

There were long waits at the drop off and pick up. We waited nearly 2 hours at drop off. My only suggestion is to work on kinks in that system. Other than that I was extremely pleased with everything else.

Very well organized and friendly

My cat defecated all over in the inside of her kennel, and when she was returned to me in the kennel, with her new, fresh spay incision, she was laying in the poop and sent home that way. Not the healthiest way to start out. Also wasn’t sent home with her worm medication. Had to make a second trip

My only complaint is the long wait, but it s worth it for quality care at a great price.

Everyone was so helpful. My only concern was cars behind me got their pets taken in and then had to wait while me and the car in front of me still had our pets. Maybe check cars that have been sitting for awhile. I know they said it would take 45 minutes, but I actually sat for 1 hrs and 15 minutes.

My dog is around a year old. He s a rescue so I don t know exactly. I was surprised that he still has what looks like testicles. I called the office and I understand now, but it would be good for people who are bringing older dogs to understand the difference they will see. My previous dogs were neutered at a much younger age.

Hello, my only suggestion is to let people know ahead of time the wait time for drop off/pick up. I wasn’t expecting an hour and half to drop off the kitten for a neuter. It was really frustrating not knowing how much longer i had to wait. I tried to call but didn’t get an answer. Other than that great experience! Everyone was very nice.

My dog was anxious but they helped me so much to try and keep him calm and offer different options to deal with the service. If I could give 6 stars I would. They are so patient and caring <3
