I had a hard time reaching the clinic for questions, but was able to communicate via email. I was also confused about the payment portal because it looked like a donation page instead of having a total and an invoice. The system overall was quite confusing, and I felt a little left on the dark. I was super pleased with the care my pet received though!!

This was by far the best service from a pet care provider we have ever had. The price of services is so helpful for those of us who have multiple rescue animals. I have already recommended you to everyone I talk to about my pets. Harlan is doing great and we are happy to know that we will be cutting risks associated with her reproductive health by electing for her not to have offspring- even though we would love to have more of her, we know that there are many more available to love should we have the opportunity. Thank you for what you do and I will do whatever I can to support your mission to pets and their humans. May God richly bless you!

Brought my 2 dogs in for a spay, one is fine the other has 2 sets of stitches, one for the incision and another on the tattoo line and both are very bruised. When I came in to pick them up, they brought one out to me but refused to touch the other even though she was anesthetized and barely able to move. I ve brought several of my animals in to SNKC over the years and this was by far the worst experience I ve had. I wish the staff were better trained on how to deal with a terrified puppy rather than taking a stance of avoidance and apparent malice towards an innocent animal. I showed the tech who took her from the car how to get my puppy to follow her, which worked well until she got to the door. I stopped my car and thought about parking and going over to assist, but decided that I should just trust the tech to know what to do. I had to remind them at pickup that I was supposed to be getting additional medications for the dogs and also requested microchipping them both in the initial intake email and on the paperwork when I dropped them off. It was not done to either. Overall it was a pretty poor experience. I pay extra everytime I come in to assist in keeping you functioning and because I believe in the wonderful work you try to do. I won t stop using your services in the future and won t deter others either since you are such a vital part of our community but want to inform you of my experience and the concern I have over the treatment of my baby.

They did a wonderful job taking care of my Geralt for his neuter! He s doing so good after with such detailed information for aftercare. I set up an appointment for my boyfriend s dog Kleo for the following Tuesday. They really care about our babies and I can actually afford these services!

We were Totally Impressed by the entire operation. Some of the descriptions of the kittens were of but I was still Wowed by the experience. We hade our little fixed at the same time and it went so smoothly. It was a Friday so when I needed some help about meds that evening there wasn t anyone to talk with. It is a great place. I would love to have one of these on the Kansas side. If we have one where is it?

We were told appointment was for 8:05am. After waiting 55 minutes I asked a lady who was walking out how much longer because our information said appointment at 8:05am. She said no that s just arrival time. I said I had another appointment for my wife s eye surgery at 11am so could she see how much longer. They came back in 15 minutes to get our dog. My suggestion is word your message with arrival time not appointment scheduled. We were satisfied with everything else and our dog is doing great.

I really appreciate the continuation of the pandemic car-queue. It was nice that I didn’t have to bring my scared cat in to a waiting room full of cranky pets (and anxious owners). The staff was very friendly and helpful, and they were able to treat my kitty and make it as easy and low stress as possible. Thank you again.

Let clients know in advance when to pick up anmals. I had to cancel a client to pick up my dog as I was advised I had to pick him up by 2:30 - received the message at 2:00 and was 30 min. away and about to see a client. I rushed to clinic to pick him up and then waited an hour for him.

We had an appt & we sat in the car for 1 hour with 3 dogs who already have anxiety about the vet. When my 6lb dog was brought back to me, I was told that she needed trazadone next time because she was “unmanageable”. I believe that if she wasn’t forced to sit in the car barking at other dogs for an hour it would not have been as traumatic.

I have been there many times. Everyone is always very nice, and respectful. My dog is always treated well by all the staff. I only wish is to be with my dog during the visit. I know that is hard as you are so busy at the satellite places, but it would be helpful.

This was our first time using your services. We are retired and oxygen dependent, so drop off, pick up aspect is great for us. Our kitty, Lewis, did great, and is back to being a normal, kinda naughty boy. Harassing his sisters, and climbing the furniture, and us! Back when the organization was Spay/Neuter KC, my husbands band, The Kaopectones, did a yearly benefit for you. Sadly, 2 of the members have passed away, and my husband is no longer able to perform due to advanced COPD. They really enjoyed it, as did their fans. I’ll be be back on Monday, helping a friend get her kitten Loba, Lewis’ sister, get spayed. Keep up the amazing work, and thank you! Peg Leftwich

I took Rieley to the Pet Resource Center of KC on Monday, 7-31-23 for her spay. She was dropped off and then picked up later on. When I went to pick her up, what took place was a nighmare, to put it nicely. The lady came out with the carrier I had put my cat in, but the cat in that carrier was not Rieley. I told her this. She lifted the carrier up and repeated, This is not your cat? I told her no, and showed her Rieley s photos stating that she is a TORTI POINT SIAMESE. She comes back out a minute later and shoves her cell phone in my face asking if this was my cat. I confirmed that this was Rieley. She told me that I said she was a Flame Point. Um no, I remember stating the correct breed. She finally brought Rieley out, handed me the cone for her to wear and said that she wouldn t keep it on. I said that she would bite, so I can put it on. Then, I was supposed to get 6 months of the flea control. I only got 1 month. The lady told me that s due to Rieley being a little under 5 pounds. Then send the next weight size with her. She said that I have a credit on my account to get the other ones each month. I understand that mistakes happen, but this lady was less than professional with the way she handled bringing the wrong cat in the carrier. I had to wait 30 minutes to get the same cat I brought in. I called and left a message on their voice mail stating that I wanted to file a complaint, but won t hear back until 7 days, if I hear anything at all. This is unacceptable for any vet clinic to have this happen. I won t be returning there.
