By far and away the best I could ask for. The appointment was so easy to make, extremely affordable, drop off and pick up was efficient and organized, the vet who came and picked up and returned my dogs was very kind, professional, and knowledgeable. After care instructions were very straightforward. I cannot say enough good things about this place and I have already recommended several friends to this location. Fantastic service all around

My dog Shadow received the basic vaccination package 5/9/23 $70. I have continued to receive text reminder about her needing DAP. I went into the portal and there isn t an entry of her shots that day or heartworm test results. I did receive a text on the results but I don t know how to send this on to her Vet. Thanks for all you do!!

I am very pleased with the service. Very friendly and polite people. I really LIKED the “drive through” service. The speed of the appointment and service was great. I couldn’t get a spay appointment for my new stray dog until August in my hometown. ?? it was quite a drive but soooo worth it. No new puppies for us., YAY!

You guys run a great program. So thankful for all you do. With 3 dogs, the process is streamlined and affordable.

I should not keep getting emails and notifications that my pet is due a week after they had their vaccines. It should update in your system immediately.

Pet resource is a great place to take your pets. I wish they had a regular vetinary clinic where you can bring pets for exams.

I made an appointment for my pet to be seen after an injury online. When I arrived at the appointment, I was told injuries are for urgent care visits only, but there is nothing regarding urgent care on the website. By the time I was seen for my appointment time, urgent care was already closed for the day, so I had to seek care elsewhere. It would be helpful to be able to find information regarding urgent care on the website.

My appointment was at 1:50pm and my dog was not seen for quite sometime (20 to 30 minutes). I would have like to spoke to the vet about the concerns I was having. My dog was only seen for maybe 60 seconds and then brought back out so it felt like a very wasted visit. I also attempted to schedule the dental appointment while there and was told to email. However, I have yet to receive and email back from the first email I sent on Sunday. I emailed yesterday asking to schedule the dental appointment per directed but I have not heard back. On the plus side the tech/person who took my dog was kind and was willing to listen to my concerns and assist with the needs of my other dog. All in all I know you guys are doing the best you can and do an amazing job helping us all with our babies but I just wish it was a little more personable at times and communication was better.
