On 4/11/23, I brought my baby in for shots. When she was brought back out to she had blood on her fur. No one took the time to clean her up. I even tried calling to speak with a manager with success. I have not had this experience before and hope that I never go through this again. My daughter tried picking her up and my baby cried out in pain. My baby is my pride and joy. I just hope you whomever did this gets corrected.

Communication through email and easy online experience with setting up appointment was greatly appreciated and made it easier to understand what was to be expected and what I needed to do prior to my appointment!!!

The people were all very nice in handling my pet. I am so appreciative in all the help that was provided for her during and after her surgery. I m not financially stable at the moment, so the Vet and staff were very accommodating and greatly helpful in my situation. I will highly recommend this place to anyone. Thank you SO much!

I had a wonderful experience. All of the staff that helped us were absolutely amazing.

I was very impressed with PRCKC. I have 3 kittens that needed their shots spay/neuter microchip etc etc and it was going to be very expensive at our normal vet. The price here was amazing for everything that comes with it (I paid for the golden whiskers package for all 3). Scheduling, paying, drop off and pick up was all very easy. Sure you have to wait a little bit to drop off and pick up but it s well worth it. Everyone was very nice and knowledgeable and loved the animals they were helping. My kittens did great in surgery and have already bounced back without complications, even just a couple days later. They are happy, healthy and only a little sore here and there. I would definitely use PRCKC again in the future if I need their services. Thank you!!

I was so impressed with how smoothly everything ran at the facility. From the time I arrived to the time my dog was taken inside. I was notified she was ready to pick up within 3 hours and the pick-up was as smooth as the drop-off. The workers were super friendly and took great care of my girl. My dog is doing great! I highly recommend this place.

There was some conflicting information on the website versus what I was emailed or told over the phone that I want to share. 1. Online it says you have to buy a collar and the pain meds, but this was provided to me for free/included in my spay. 2. I was not given the address of where to go for the spay, but I did receive an email saying to make sure I go to the correct location that I booked during my appointment booking and to call if I had questions. This was confusing and when I called they said we only do spays at our main location and then they texted me the address. This could have been avoided if the address was just provided in the email. 3. For feeding your pets the day before, the website says to pull food by 9pm, the lady I spoke to on the phone said to pull food by 10pm and then I received an email that said it needed to be pulled by midnight.

PRCKC has been the best. Took my puppy in for a spay!! It s efficient and affordable and a interesting but super efficient drive through drop off system. Found out my pup had heartworm. Dr Maki called as hoped with conformation and offered a treatment plan. Was easy to communicate the process as I was out of town indefinitely on a family matter. As soon as I returned we got my puppy started on treatment right away. Phone is kinda difficult to communicate and understandably so but emails have always been responded to promptly. This place does so much more for so many other animals and families that own them!!! I can t say how great it was to find them and feel I found a great value with them in place of all the other charges and to-dos with a for profit veterinarian. My pups care has been nothing but a great experience with above and beyond care from Dr Maki and team

KC resource center is. Very good place to get animals taken care of when you don t have money to go to high price places they care as much about your pet as you do. They are polite friendly and helpful
