You all were great.

Might be helpful to have more signage and instructions for drop off and pick-up! There were a lot of cars and it was hard to get into the parking lot at times. It was a little confusing until a staff member came out to direct traffic. It went fine, I just think it might help things flow a bit better!

The staff were fine. Why bother scheduling appointments if you’re going to make people wait an additional 30-45 minutes beyond their appt time before seeing them.

I do appreciate the help,although due to the demand of the services I found that it was very impersonal and I felt like it was like a factory inviroment.when I was spoken to about my baby the lady didn t even realize he was a boy.she referred to him as a her and was giving instructions for a female surgery.so yes I would recommend to those who need emergency assistance but not for an overall care.

We really liked the process from start to finish. the girls that came to get our kitties and bring them back to us were very friendly and we felt better about handing our fur babies over to get them fixed. We felt they were in very good hands. Thank You

Overall we had a great experience with Pet Resource KC. I would like to mention that I had an appt time slot of 8:10AM and was waiting in line until after 9:30AM before someone came out to take my dog. I understand it was very busy, but waiting for over an hour when I had to sign up for an arrival time seemed a bit excessive. With that being said, the surgery was completed in a timely manner and the pickup process was a breeze. We appreciate the service you all provide. Thank you!

PRCKC is quite frankly the best non-profit organization in Kansas City. And despite the high pressure and stress that I m sure the staff feel every day, they are kind, compassionate, and respectful through it all.

Doug didn t get so if his shots just his rabies. Because I didn t have the 79 bucks that it cost. I paid for all of his other bill except $20 and I was told that would be took care of. He really needed his nails done my hands just can t do them. I in totally indigent at this point in my life except my 289 in good stamps. He really needs the parvovirus shot that s what I m worried about. You guys just can t out got him have him right back. Didn t care about his pancreatitis attack. He needed blood work to see if he is diabetic. Thank you, Heather & Doug Rooks

Staff are professional. I know you are very busy helping everyone but I noticed someone was taken before me (say for example my # was 22 & they were 23). I had a 50+ min wait time & I know you have emergency situations... I ve also noticed prices have increased a lot but want hasn t with this economy, making it challenging to do the right thing getting your animals vaccinated. Keep up the good work you do trying to get everyone seen & providing services & food to keep Pets & their families together!

We received the BEST care! Everyone was caring and courteous. The process was so organized and moved smoothly. My cat had a toy kitten with him. When I picked him up after surgery, the toy kitten had on a paper cone to match!! ?? It was so adorable! I appreciate the thoughtful and personalized care. ??

I d like to get a copy of the check in form so we can fill these out in advance. We are a rescue and send several animals at a time. You all are great. I hope someday you can send a mobile unit to Warrensburg.
