Would of liked some med for LuLu ears afzer cleaning them having ear mites. Wish we could of gotten some

My experience is usually great but this one time I was seen before the person in front of me and had person behind me so I was blocked on getting out I dont mind waiting but for 15 min with it being cold I had to run my car use up a lot of gas to keep warm the person in front of me officially had something that took a lot of time should move out of line to keep lines moving I had an appointment at that. If we could put people like that in a different lane is my suggestion

PRCKC has spayed and neutered both of my kittens recently and the service and coordination was phenomenal. Its a busy place but we and out kittens were treated with amazing care. And we were also helped generously with the cost as we were in need. Much appreciation to PRCKC!

The team that does dentals was so wonderful!! They answered all my questions and spent so long with me when I know they had a million other things to do. I am so thankful for the services provided by PRCKC!

Great service greatly appreciate the help with getting the care our furbaby needed. Only thing I would ask different is i know you serve alot of animals but she pooped in her carrier on the way there and none of it was cleaned she was given back to us with poop all over her still which made the ride home AWFUL!

the set up and operation of helping pets was wonderful

The process was very smooth and everyone made me and dog feel valued and cared for. They took excellent care of him!

For whatever reason, I was emailed an appointment date and time but when I got there I was told there was no appointment. You all took my cat in anyway and provided a dental surgery that took a few hours. Idk why there was no set appointment but I really appreciate how your team was able to make it work for us! Thanks so much!!

I don’t think that I can even communicate with words how truly wonderful I think pet resource is, but I will try. Our visit there was phenomenal! So organized! All employees we had contact with were so pleasant and kind.We came for a neuter appt. Radar has done so well! Excellent surgery done. Beautiful nail trim. Wonderful aftercare meds and instructions. I am so delighted I found you! I have 6 rescues and we will definitely be returning and spreading the word of your great care and compassion to others! THANK YOU! ??

The wait time was way over what we expected. We read on your website to be patient and expext a wait time- we did not expext the wait time to be an hour after our scheduled drop off time. Everything else about the experience was positive but more of a heads up that it could take up to an hour to drop off would be nice.
