I couldn t afford this service from my local vet, and a friend recommended PRCKC. I am very happy with the surgery, my boy is doing GREAT 2 days later, and I will probably use PRCKC for more veterinary needs in the future. I also plan to make a donation so you can provide services for those who cannot afford full price. I believe in your mission and vision. Keep up the great work!

It is hard to reach you to ask questions, but I know it s because you are so busy treating your patients. The young lady with braids talked to every dog she took in and out. Very kind and sweet young lady. Always feel like my pets get treated like family at your office.

I very much appreciate the care of my pet. That being said… I personally do think that I, at some point, should’ve met or at least spoken to the vet on the phone that performed his very expensive procedure. It would’ve been nice to hear the process and been able to learn about the recovery and risks of his procedure from the person performing. I don’t even know that the name was included on his paperwork. Like I said—great service and overall cost… check in/out was good. But for the sake of what was called “individuality” above, I feel this was likely an oversight.

I don’t feel like I had info- before surgery it was 5 days after but after the surgery it was 14 days. There wasn’t enough info sent home and I am still not sure if she is healing right. I don’t want to keep driving her back up there because I have to work. The low score was because I have had an issue with a manager- she was rude and then when I tried to file a complaint she told me there was no one to file it with but her. That is crazy and I never heard back about my complaint

My only complaint is that my appointment was for 1010 and I was not seen until 11 o clock. I have to drive 30 minutes to get there and my dog has a hard time being in the car for an hour and a half. It is too long to expect people to wait

I’ve been trying to get these 3 cats spayed for almost 1 1/2 years, due to the cost and my budget I have had to postpone multiple times. Thank you so so much for helping those of us that want to do the right thing, and working with us to make it affordable. Because of your help I can now work on vaccines and finding loving homes for these girls. What you do at PRCKC is priceless! The staff was helpful, friendly and informative from messages, to emails, to phone calls to making payment and drop off and pick up. When I get caught up financially I will be donating to to pay it forward. Thank you again!

Everyone was great, but the one person that come out to get my pet from me didn t give me a receipt and didn t want to give me my change back, and than at the end when I pick my pet up they said I didn t paid and I know I did. So I think she took my payment.

I have been referring others to Pet Resource for the past 6 months as I have been coming there for that long. I would like to make a suggestion though. Give people the option to come in to pick up their pets after surgery. I waited for an hour and a half yesterday to bring my kittens home. I know the staff have been working hard and feel we could help by receiving our own pets from inside to our vehicles. Like I said it is just a suggestion. Thank you for all that you do.

I think something needs to be done as far as wait time for picking up our pets. I waited almost an hr and a half for them to bring my pet out. Drop off was a breeze. A suggestion to possibly speed things up a bit would be to bring a pet out and dropping it on your way to picking up a pet to take in. Or maybe have more people on hand to bring pets out.

Waste too much time for check in and pick up the pet. I spent 2.5 hours for center to pickup my cat and spent the other 2.5 hours to pick up my cat.

Your drive through system has much room for improvement… i literally sat trying to get into the line for almost an hour and observed. That you had people that had “checked in” at the booth yet not get their animal taken in or brought out to them until after people that were in queue behind them had already had there’s. There wasn’t anyone outside directing traffic until after 5pm. I was inline at 4:35 but it was after 5 before I even could reach the white booth because of this grid locking of queue. You should be able to move those at the front of the lines out before people 2-3 cars back do. Based on when my cat was scheduled i anticipated getting a txt or call earlier in the day, instead of the right at the nebulous 3-4 window “if you haven’t heard”. For my family that meant I couldn’t come until after picking up kids from school due to our 30 min drive And when my cat was brought out the wrong paper work was handed to me. Bless his heart the gentleman was trying but he had to make 3 trips to my vehicle before I had all the correct papers and medicine information sheet.
