My first visit was great. All staff were frieny and made me and my pet feel at ease and welcome. Follow up list was great. Staff was courteous to my mom and son whom brought my pet in for his follow up. The third visit however we were made to feel as though my pet didnt deserve the best care because I couldn t afford an x-ray that my pet needed. Then there was the whole financial assistance issue. Where we were given a list of resources that every one I applied to denied me because my pet had come here and have own financing, or because saying surgery wasnt a detailed enough treatment plan. And most of the ones I applied to were resources we had been told pet resource had worked with in the past.

You guys are one of the best Pet Resource centers in the kcmo/kck area. I recommend you guys to everyone... thank you guys for everything you do for are fur babies...Thank you!

I don t know what individuality attention in question 3 is. I will never come to PRC again because the check-in process is so completely screwed up. I had a 7:10 appointment and was the 5th person to arrive, but at least a dozen dogs were taken before mine was. I arrived at 7:10 and didn t leave until 8:00. That is beyond ridiculous.

You guys are amazing and I will bring my sisters back for ongoing care as wellas the two male boys I have.

Even though my Strong Male Tabby busted out of his secured box (Twice) your Staff was gracious enough to hand carry Smokey inside for his vaccinations. Thank you for this above and beyond service !

What a fantastic experience from booking to pick up. The staff was extremely friendly, understanding and patient. I had some questions and they were helpful in explaining in detail how to help as well as offered follow up calls if needed. I appreciated their attention to detail and how sweet and gentle they were with our dog. The surgery went well too and so far, recovery has been good. Thank you for all you do for our community and thank you for working hard to keep the process moving for all of the families. I know a lot of people are seen each day, but the business runs so smoothly. Will recommend to others!

I have been leaving messages, and no return call. I believe I was overcharged. I paid the $50 deposit, asked for financial aid and my husband was still charged $190 . I liked how all the after care for the spay was online and easy to access, the staff answered all my questions and was able to help quickly!

I don t think my dogs ears were checked and now he is in severe pain and the issue has gotten worse. I don t have any money to get him checked out or for meds

My 8 lb Yorkie was fixed and was supposed to have been given 5 days Gabapentin but only 2.5 doses were in the bottle. Of course, the Phone # to call if there were complications allowed messages only and no one returned call for a week. But she did well thru the recovery period.

The staff getting my animals from me and back to me were very gentle and sweet. I appreciated that. Thank you!

We have taken our dog there in the past and our kitten was just there to be neutered. He is doing very well and was handled very gentle. We ve always had a great experience.

The only thing I d suggest is that, after surgery our pet s shouldn t be sent home until the next day, my experience was my cat Kurtis-Lee did not react well from being put under and it was a very scary long sleepless night that night. Rather than that everything was perfect and the staff was amazing they just need to keep people s babies overnight if they were put under during that same day!!
