Thank you so much for what you did for my animals getting them chipped, fixed, and all their shots our family feels so much grateful and thanks to you your guys is generous company. I definitely will recommend you guys to my friends family and everybody I speak with I don t even know.

Very friendly, and I love what you all do for our community. It is a struggle to continue to use your services when you make appointments and it takes just under 2 hours to actually get your dog seen. It s not always feasible for everyone to take off an entire day for this, and it is very frustrating to wait for so long, especially when you are one of the cars sitting directly in the sun for that long.

I’ve tried several times to like you guys. But I just can’t. Making an appointment is meaningless. The wait is intolerable and you can’t leave because you’re trapped by 20 or 30 other cars. I got there at 10:15 and was stuck there for more than 2 hours. My anxiety was sky high. Further my pup was freaked out at being over handled by staff. So no, I won’t be coming back and I won’t recommended you either. Your pricing is great - but not worth the time, anxiety or possible harm to my pup.

My dog was scared to get out of the car so the staff let me come in with her. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and seemed to genuinely care about the dogs.

Without KC pet resource I would not have been able to afford to get my Kitty fixed. Per my landlord he had to be fixed with proof to stay in our home. Because of KC pet resource our Kitty will stay in our home. Everyone i encountered the day my Kitty got fixed was kind and professional. My Kitty is kind of mean so I hope he didn t give y all too much trouble. Lol. Thanks for all you guys do!!

I was so nervous about my sweet kitty and all she s been through. You all made the process seamless put all fears aside and eased my mind. I m not normally this nervous She s been through alot. You did a wonderful job with both of my kittens.

Do not report people for neglect when they are coming in for help for thier animal/s each situation should involve a personal discussion of the animals welfare and the steps that are being taken in the best interest of the animal to suspect neglect to ethically report, I will be be leaving a review soon.

The only thing I can say is need better response from emails and phone messages but otherwise I appreciate all you do for low income families

Quick and awesome! Only place that I would have enough trust to bring our cat.

Only concern that I have is that it’s impossible to get ahold of someone, in a timely manner, with concerns that are non emergent. Our canine started lactating the day after surgery. I called and left a message but after 4 days have not received a call back.
