You do a lot and I m grateful to have you close to home. The services of each segment (Pawsperity, Urgent Care, Pet Resources) is very confusing. I was seeking anal expression but was told the day you were closed near the end of March that PR only did surgery. The young woman I spoke with might have been a student. She suggested Urgent Care or Pawsperity. Late I made an online appt for vaccinations and anal expression was provided at PR on April 8.

All i would recommend is that dogs are taken in together ( i had 2) and cats apart from the dogs. One of my pups had an agredsive/protective reaction when his littermate was brought in after he had been.

We believe our pet got a great care. Our contact with your staff was limited but always positive.

Pet Resource is a blessing to my cats and myself. I am on Social Security so I don t have much money and Pet Resource helps me to keep my cats healthy. They have discounts and that makes it possible for my cats to have their shots and surgeries. And whatever my cats need. Thank you, Pet Resource, for all that you do. The whole thing is chaotic - I had a 1:40 appointment for a heartworm test and I was finally seen at 2:15. What s the purpose of having an appointment if you don t honor it?

Made it super easy to make an appointment to be seen. Yes, it usually takes 45 min to be seen when you arrive, but the quality of care is great and they let you know ahead of time, that it will be a bit of a wait- due to high demand.

A couple of these comments don t apply to my visit. It was just a quick dental exam in my car. Having said that I have always been happy and appreciative of your staff and services.

Only thing I didn t like is I couldn t get a physical prescription for my dogs Simparica Trio. I have to buy it off your site. It s $190 from your site but I can get it at sam s club for $130. Any way I can get a physical prescription?
