My experience was very good. As I could not go in, my interactions were with the parking lot attendant and young man who came to my car to get my puppy. Both were wonderful.

I really, really appreciate having your agency there for people who are unable to pay the extremely high prices of a regular veterinarian, but still want to care for an animal, and love them. If there were more agencies like you, there would be less pet homelessness because people could take care of the basic needs of their pets, and not have to worry about city ordinances,and the like. Plus, they do not have to worry about the loss of their pet through disease, and not being able to pay a high vet bill because they were able to vaccinate their pet against that disease. Thank you, and those for the donations given to help those who want to keep their pets healthy and at home!

This place is a true God send during these hard times. They take great care of the animals and are amazing at what they do. I happened to witness a crazy day when I was there and to see everyone that worked there jump in to help a dog who had been shot (even tho that s not what they do their) was truly beautiful to watch. Would definatly recommend to any and everyone. I won t go anywhere else now.

Maybe suggest people put something more than a soft blanket in the bottom of the carrier. My cats carrier was saturated in urine and her incisions were wet when we got home. I didn’t give her a full bath but if you arent going To keep them dry then I’m not liable for anything that happens. You are. ??

I would have liked to speak with a vet veterinarian about my new puppy. Would like to have his nails trimmed.

MY appointment was 12:25pm and I arrived at the clinic 12:19pm. No instructions where to go since nobody ushers me. I just saw arrows but no signs/labels, although 2 posts have surgery labels attached but others just have arrows. No labels if this is for vaccinations or what. I am a new customer and no idea what to do. I called right away when I arrived informing that i am already first in line and the person who received my call said that they will call me back. I waited for 55 minutes (i literally timed my stay there) until someone noticed me that i have been there for a very long time.. Hopefully next time, if the one who is incharged in entrance/gate go for a lunch, let someone be assigned to usher new customers like me. Arrows should have a label like vaccination or other services for that matter.

I really appreciate your reasonable vaccine prices and the fact that you notified me that it was time for vaccines.

Traffic directors told me I arrived too early for drop off even though drop off said 8-9 and I arrived at 8:30. They would not let me get in the drop off line until 8:45 and ultimately it made me late for work. Other than that, great experience!

Very affordable. Everyone was extremely patient and friendly. I know the wait was unavoidable, but would love for it to go faster in the future
