My dog wasn t seen till an hour after his original apt was made for. This needs to be worked on; I thought my apt time would be honored and it wasn t, it s actually pointless to make an apt.

Overall it was a terrific experience. Quick check in as well as pick up of pet was appreciated. Courteous, thoughtful, and informative was the description of the staff. Never felt rushed through the entire process. Thankyou for helping me take care of my pet by offering an affordable option.

I have been going to snkc for a number of years, now it s called pet resource center, your staff is great and your care is equally as great, I m totally satisfied.

My only concern is that my pet was unknowingly in heat when we brought her in. The surgery was performed with additional care and risk to our pet, without our consent. We would have chosen to reschedule had we known she was in heat and that there would be additional pain and risk to our fur baby.

Every bit of this experience from booking the appointment to dropping off & picking back up was made so easy for me. Thank you so much!

Great experience. Communication was great through the whole process. The Covid system of check in was so organized. Staff was very friendly and informative, I felt like they all really cared about all of the animals.

My experience here was great!!! However, I wish they could’ve taken a little more time to explain the aftercare of surgery. I had two kittens get spayed the same day, but they had different aftercare needs. Tips and tricks from them would’ve been helpful, though I know they are super busy!

Because of Social Distancing, my interaction with staff was limited, but I was impressed with the speed of service, my cats didn’t seem traumatized, and the vet took time to answer the questions I sent in with them!

Honestly could not answer #2 as due to Covid we cannot come in to the facility. However, the outside is very clean and attractive.

Now that we have to make appointments, I thought the wait time would be reduced. But it was not. I still had to wait 50 minutes outside in line before my pet was actually seen. Isn t there some way the waiting time can be reduced?

Not good with answering phone calls, literally called 10x and was always on hold and someone NEVER picked up the call

I loved everything. You all were helpful and my mind is at ease that my pets are getting proper help.

Staff was awesome and did a great job with our nervous larger dogs. The appointment was for 1:30 and we weren t seen till 2:15 which was disappointing but overall it was a great experience. Thank you for all you do!
