When I came to pick-up my pet, I followed the instruction on the sheet, and sent the text, saying my pet s name, My last name, type of vehicle and which lane I was in and put the sheet in the window. Received a text saying that someone outside would help me. You were so busy that additional lanes were made after I parked, and at least 10 cars pulled in after me. All 10 cars were assisted before me. There was no order in which owners were assisted. I was the second to the last person to leave. Dr. Nichols came out personally to speak with me about my cat. Said that I would be contacted the next day by the office on the 20th about locations to help my cat and to also talk to me about assistance with the surgery that was not able to be performed at your location. I did not hear anything on Thursday or Friday. Very discouraging that you actually care about my pet or helping further his care. Dr. Nichols was very caring, and helping with what will need to happen next. Just feel that the follow-up that was assured will happen, has been forgotten.

Everyone was very kind and professional. Every person was very attentive and took great care of my pets. I m always tell everyone how much I trust taking my pets here.

They were quick and efficient and my cat wasn t too spooked and didn t have any bad reactions and is healthy as can be.

I know times are hard and social distancing is a pain but it was difficult to ask a few questions about Lola . She is a rescue and my first months having her . No where to really have a few minutes of one on one

After/If Covid goes away, I think you should keep the drive-up system. It just so much easier not having to worry about all these animals interacting while we are waiting. It was actually soo much faster than it ever was before, and safer too!

Sorry I couldn t rate the facility cause did not come in. But everything is great. It would b nice if u had a senior discount on shots. I know no1 but seniors. But overall everything was great & every1 was nice.

I made an appointment for vaccines (which apparently take less then 5 minutes to give) and still waited in the parking lot for over an hour! I constantly called the phone number to check in for my appointment and received no answer or the voice mail for 30 solid minutes. When the phone was finally answered the guy tried to shoe me off the phone because I wasn t at the front of my line. What s the point of an appointment?!? Luckily the lady in front of me was getting her dog as I was on the phone, so I managed to get him to not hang up on me. Even after my checking, we waited another 25 minutes for our dog to be seen. And his appointment was incredibly brief. I appreciate the cost savings that your organization offers, but I m not sure it s worth the frustration. Maybe this is just a pandemic problem, but it really was a horrible experience.

It was a disaster no one knew anything or where we needed to go. Workers walked around like they did not ‘now what was going on. The staff was baffled on how to move the lines of cars. It was backed, no movement, just an unorganized mess!

I am of low income and have been treated as if I was a millionaire because of the friendliness and compassion I feel from talking with them, my kitten Milo means the world to me she found me at a bad time in my life and I totally trust The Pet Resources with her, I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reasonable cost for there furry loved ones, THANK YOU!!

KC Pet Resource Center took great care of my dog Mischa. She is an 85 lb, two year old rottweiler and is healing wonderfully just 3 days after her spay. Thank you for being so wonderful to my baby!

I don t know what wait times were like before coronavirus and doing the lines via cars in the lot, but advice on arrival time versus appointment time would be helpful. I was 15 minutes early for my cat s vaccination appointment, but she got in 20 minutes after appointment. The shots part was fast, but it would have helped me to have an estimate of total time to expect ahead of time. Appreciate the free wifi, though. Thank you for your service to KC s pets!
