Staff is wonderful even with setup due to virus. They hustel to get your pet in and respect each pet.Treat like there own bes

I only encountered the tech who picked up Sugar and Tosha from me and returned them to me but he was quite professional and kind. Everyone I spoke to on the phone has been helpful and pleasant. The service you provide to all pet owners and pets is exemplary. Thank you so much for being here.

I arrived early for my appointment with Sophie for vaccinations at 3:20. I called the number when I was at the front of the line, and the person on the other end of the phone couldn’t find the record of my payment. I sat on hold for 5-6 minutes while she tried to find the payment. She did, and then I waited for another 30 minutes. People that had gotten there after me were helped. I was the last person to be helped, when I arrived before several other people. I also don’t have AC in my car so both myself and my dog were very hot.

I was so happy when Spay and Neuter gave me free food for the stray cats I’m helping outside my home. There are only 3 of them but Spay and Neuter helped anyway, giving me a great supply. I truly appreciate the help as I have 4 cats and 2 dogs of my own and really wasn’t able to afford feeding the stray cats too. They were friendly and caring and I really appreciate the help!! Thank you!

Super simple process for owners and dogs, informative, and gave great care. We wouldn t have been possible to neuter our dog without their assistance program. They were wonderful and our dog is doing fabulous!

You all are awesome!! The mobile vaccines were an answer to my prayer..Many of us need this service without Covid..I worry twice a year how to get my babies vaccs...2 in May & 2 in Nov.
