Just wanted to say thank you for still operating during this time. I actually was waiting awhile to get my dog his shots because I thought it would be a nightmare to figure out but your staff made it so easy and quick to get things going!! You re work is really appreciated. I could not thank you guys enough. My family has been coming here for years and I do not see that changing anytime soon.

It would be easier to set up appointments if u did not have to leave message after message after message. It took over a week to reach anyone to schedule spay appointment. ??

The gentleman who assisted me was not only very professional, but also presented himself in a very caring manner. The girl that retrieved my dog from my vehicle for surgery was not gentle and my dog is timid to strangers. That definitely rubbed me the wrong way. Other than that one girl, everything else was fantastic!

Above and beyond....Thank you soo much for cutting my dogs nails, i didn t notice until we got home. I haven t been able to get her in without having her shots and corona has kept us home so they were very long and we were looking forward to an appt the day after her vaccinations, and i was able to cancel that appt and stay home and safe with one less place to go.

Everything went well, but we were given some medicine to give our pets and no directions.

As elderly and a husband with underlying health conditions, thinking about bringing Binx in for shots was not on our radar. However, the method you have devised was so helpful in allowing us to make and keep an appointment without worry. Thank you for the creative way you addressed the issue.

There was one particular lady in the parking lot helping direct traffic who was not at all friendly. The person who greeted us was very friendly but the brown/dirty blond haired lady helping was not so much. Also, the wait times were longer than anticipated.

My boy came out wiggly happy all I need to know.
