It took a very long time to get someone on the phone, which was frustrating. Other than that great experience! We will be back.

I really appreciate the staff. I know it has been difficult with a pandemic going on. They were all so polite on the phone, directing us into the parking lot, and with picking up my pets. Thank you for all that you do!!

I was very frustrated and disappointed with this visit. I had a 10 AM appointment (along with others) but as I waited my turn, a car that was behind me was taken care of before me, and a car that pulled into the space beside me told me they had an appointment for 10:30, yet they were taken care of at 10:20, while I was still waiting. I had called as soon as I got to the front of my line, yet others were taken care of first. Then, I was given incorrect paperwork. The paperwork issue was easily corrected with a phone call the next morning (thanks to Anna). I know things can go haywire when you all are doing so much to help so many, so I m not complaining - just venting! Thanks for listening!

We waited in the parking lot for 45 minutes when picking up our cats after surgery. There didn t seem to be any organization to delivering pets to vehicles.

I could not rate the questions because of the current situation but I was extremely happy with how it was handle!!

I would prefer they slow down and answer questions patiently. I felt rushed. My dog had medication on his mouth i asked about and recieved a very short quick answer. I had a follow up question but the employee started walking away.

The way you had it set up in this time of Covid was amazing. I applaud you all. I would definitely recommend you to everyone. Thank you!

I wasn t informed that I d have to stay outside until I arrived and found out. Also I felt that communication was an issue as I was told different things with each person I spoke to. With Covid things are hectic I get it but I felt it wasn t smooth at all.

I had appointment but had to wait 40 minutes. I called several times but did not get any action. I finally stopped someone and got some help.

You need a sign up to tell us what lane is for what. I was there 10 minutes early. Lady employee did tell me that I was in wrong lane. And highlight for us to not call you until we are in front.

All the staff members I talked to on the phone and in the parking lot were very friendly. The parking lot was cut up into a lot of lanes so it made it hard to turn in some spots but I know there wasn t a lot of parking lot space to work with. Overall I am glad you are open for business and glad I was able to get my cat s spay surgery done. Thank you!!!!
