I have to say that I have brought almost all my pets here and before and during covid they have been organized and have communicated through the whole process with my pets. I am thankful for that and I will definitely be bringing all future pets here. Keep up the great work that all of you do.

Only complaint was wait time. Why have an appointment system when you re going to make us wait more than 2 hours to be seen?

The line did not seem to be fair I was there on time but waited the longest for over 1 hour I pulled in and they were just point at lines and i was pointed to go to the longest line but 2 lanes next to me were moving and empty I would have been 2nd in either one of those lanes but my lane the dogs were taking 45 minutes to an hour I had appointment at 250 i was there at 240 and didnt get out of there until 415pm for shots that took 7 minutes

I took my cat here last year in April and they were very helpful and took care of her. I just took my dog Willa here and she’s recovering very well! I’m glad I went here instead of another place.

The only thing that upset me was that I scheduled an appointment for 11:50Am and wasn’t seen until 1:15pm

I love the clinic and the services and I know that the world is so different right now and you’re trying your best, but I waited for 2 hours in the parking lot just for puppy shots. It was a little frustrating.

The check and pick up procedures were unnecessarily complicated and inefficient. Multiple trips to my car and phone calls were required. This process could be easily simplified.

Everyone was very professional and friendly. Pet healed quickly from his neutering!

I asked for my dogs nails to be trimmed while getting her shots because they were scratching my infant. It was not done like promised

Everyone was extremely nice, from the woman who helped me make the appointment over the phone, to the front desk woman who checked me in over the phone, to the people who helped me park and cam out and picked up my animals from the car. Thank you all and I will be recommending your services. My cats (all three that received surgery) are doing great! My cats were abandoned in a vacant car and I became so attached to all three, so I kept the entire litter, this made me getting them spayed and nuetered so much more affortable.

This was the easiest pet care we have ever received! Thank you!

Everything is great besides i asked to reregister princess and they did not ......So i have to make extra trip to animal control.....

Chris, Dr. Cruse, and one other gentleman (I didn t get his name) came to my house to vaccinate my pets and they were so amazing! All 3 were so friendly to myself and my son, and so sweet and gentle with my pets! It s clear they all love the work they do. Chris was so helpful and on top of scheduling and was a pleasure to work with. I m a die-hard PRCKC fan and will always recommend your services!

Per covid restrictions, i was unable to be present while care was provided to my babies, but it seems as though they did great! Thanks for taking care of my girls.
