Everyone is very nice but it took over an hour to get in and out. That s a long time with dogs in the car.

I had an appointment for 11:30 and didn’t have my 2 cats taken for over an hour. Why bother scheduling.

Service was okay. Wait was a bit long for having an appointment. I had forgotten Nippy’s muzzle while getting him stepped in his intricate harness. I was thankful you had one that fit after your phone person threatened to cancel a appt that was finally made on the 8th after getting a human on your lousy phone system. I gave the attendant a $100.00 bill for my $87.00 bill. See came back with $13.00 in ALL $1.00 bills. That was trashy treatment to a customer who has used Spay Neuter KC since 2006. So recommention of Pet Resourse Center is a yes and no question.

I felt I needed to know more in detail what my dog did to get caution sign, not brought out bc of safety concerns etc.

The services you provide help the community in a major way. My vet could not deliver the services you did at the cost you charged. I felt like I was in good hands. If I was getting my knee replaced I would go to the doctor who does hundreds of knees every year. That’s you. You service hundreds of animals and your process is safe and prescribed so it’s replicable. Thank you for what you do. Also I love your partnership with the domestic abuse agency.

I really appreciate the service and professionalism of all of your staff and volunteers. I needed financial assistance and it was provided with no problems. I was unhappy with the hour and 20 minutes I waited for vaccine when I had a scheduled appointment. Every car in every lane came and left before me. I eventually drove off without my paperwork and follow up information. Overall, the care is great and affordable, but the check in and wait times need to be addressed.

I thought that handling my Yorkie was very professionally and was so sweet to her. When she finished her surgery, we were contacted and let us know what time to pick her up and that went extremely smooth. I would recommend your place anytime you do an amazing job to these babies.

My family has trusted the PRC for over 16 years with our babies. I will only bring my animals here, nowhere else. We ve relied heavily on financial support, but more than that, the quality of care is why we return. I bring my animals to the PRC for everything: spay/neuter, shots, and veterinary care because I trust everyone there. This last appointment, I brought my boy cat Pugsley in, and they were so kind and considerate, that when we got home, we realized the staff had placed his green line tattoo lower than usual to ensure they didn t shave his beautiful patch of spots on his belly. It was a small gesture for the staff, I m sure, but it meant the entire world to us. Thank you for being a pillar of hope in our community. We need you just as much as you could ever need us.

This is an absolutely wonderful place!! I have gone there several times! I tell everyone how much I love it!!

We paid for service ahead of time. Our male kitten was neutered. Upon pickup (we had to send my cousin for pickup as my daughter (the cats owner) was in the ER) my cousin was charged an additional $70 that we did not expect to pay. We later found out it was due to one of his testicles needing to be retrieved, but we didn t receive a call about this, and we were not told this could be a possibility ahead of time. Otherwise, everything was fine, and we appreciated the paperwork with aftercare instructions, especially since we had an emergency and had to send someone else.

The only suggestion I have is to have people directing traffic in the parking lot. Everything else was excellent.
