I love the fact that the staff is so caring and They don’t make me feel like a commodity. Another clinic wanted my dog to get more shots in a shorter period of time which means a lot more money. There prices were very reasonable. Thank you for always taking such great care of my fur babies

Knowing there is a 3% fee for card payments, which I totally understand, I wish cost estimates for vaccines and standard visits were provided proactively. Maybe via a link in the final email/text reminder? As a business receiving cash over card has other benefits (lower risk of charge backs etc). Offering the estimate proactively, rather than us remembering to call and ask, may drive others to use cash as well.

700 dollars for 2 wellness checks and routine vax is crazy. You guys are pricing yourselves beyond what my loyalty can afford. I took Scooter to Vetco for his rabies because you wanted minimum 200 bucks. At Vetco I paid 40.
