The vet was a bit through to the point where I felt like I was getting a lot of unnecessary information quickly. It was a bit rushed. I am glad I was not pressured into any of the 7-8 options I was given though. :P Overall I was happy with my visit.

I was told by the vet tech I could expect a call later that day re: my dogs fecal test. But it could also be the following morning. No one called me. I had to call later in the afternoon, the following day. The receptionist couldn’t find the results than said; “Oh, their pending.” I questioned this due to being done on site & over 24 hrs prior. She put me on hold, came back & said; “They’re negative.” At that point my level of trust was low being another friend told me it was done to them as well. Their account ended up being adjusted, without them knowing a credit was being put through. To them it proved the test was never done on their dog; therefore, I asked for my dogs report. It was sent promptly.

I did not.see a dr, it was just a dremel nail trim.

The examination of Goldie was good. I do feel that the Dr was not listening when I spoke about Goldies RAG history, her issues then and the fact that they were treated.

Please get rid of the machine used to process debit cards. I feel the $6.00 surcharge to be rather insulting after I spent over $200.00 dollars for an anal expression a Rabies’s vaccination and heart guard prevention.

Doctor and staff answered all questions, were very caring and took great care of Penny.
