Dr Olson is amazing and the best

I left a message at 9am and Never heard back. Called again at 4:30. Still haven t heard back. Very disappointed. Also the admin fee was NOT explained to me. 46 extra dollars not on the invoice. A 50 yr veteran in the field. Need answers.

Adam at front desk was great, even though he was the only one up front on Fri. 6/7/24, he handled all the calls and incoming & outgoing patients with ease. Kylee did a great job on my dog’s nails. Honestly, the best they’ve looked in a long time of getting nail trims at Cross Winds.

We were beyond thankful for having such an amazing experience! Thankful to have found you and have peace knowing Oakley will be in good hands for all that is needed in her life.

The whole office just has a very negative vibe to it. The front office lady when I was leaving was not very nice at all. She didn t even acknowledge me when I went to check out so moved over to the other guy. Also, I felt like the doctor was trying to slip in bloodwork, it just felt very slimy and shady. It s so bad that I don t feel like I will be going back.

They are so great! Kind, efficient and helpful!!

Switched to this animal clinic and was very impressed. Efficiently run, honest, affordable, and they went the extra mile in care!

Sophie was so sweet and gentle with my girl Zooey. You can tell she loves working with animals, and she was so helpful!

There are a number of animal clinics that we pass to get to Crosswinds. It s worth the trip because the care our fur-baby gets at Crosswinds is the best.

The only complaint was the long wait time once I got into the room. After the tech came in and we took my cat out of the carrier, it took about 30 mins for the vet to arrive. Having an anxious cat who was shaking with a lot of noise in the back area (a dog was under distress and was screeching) made the visit stressful.

I have been going to Crosswinds for close to 25-30 years. Would not take my pets anywhere else.

We LOVE Crosswinds Animal Clinic. Everyone we have worked with has been amazing. The office was clean. The Dr. was great at listening and answering our questions. They genuinely love animals and it shows.

Tried booking online. The online form errored. Out. Tried booking again, said the day wasn t available. Booked for a different day, the form errored again. Turns out both day s were booked. Called in to get it sorted. They confirmed my first appointment was good. Asked them to cancel the second appointment that was made in error. Started getting reminder emails for the second appointment. Had to email back 4 times to get that one cancelled.

Dr Roach is amazing. She is knowledgeable and takes time with her patients. Above all she has a love for every animal as if it were her own.

We have been clients of Crosswinds Clinic for many years. I just wish Dr. Sheryl was more available. Always a pleasure.

Sam is an awesome technician. I appreciate the work from her and who assisted her. Thank you all very much. We miss Rick.

Love our vet and all the wonderful people that work there. I brought my dog in for a black eye and although I felt mildly ridiculous the staff there never treats my concerns as something silly and always make me feel heard! Always worth the drive out there (:

I actually appreciated this appointment more than some others as I feel l can depend on having the same vet for a while...at least I hope so. I never knew who I was getting at any given time.

The staff at Cross Winds is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They’re upfront about pricing and are not pushy.
