Staff were amazing and kind. A client arrived with a crazy Lab who got loose from its harness. The staff quickly moved them to a room as to not create further chaos in the lobby. Maizy says Thank you :) Met with technicians not Dr. but all were great!

Scheduled apt for first shots and vet check. I showed up and “contracted” vet refused to vaccinate 2 of my 6 week+ old puppies. Dr was argumentative and insulting not warm and welcoming because of my apparent lack of knowledge that a 6 week old puppy gets immunity from its mother… but puppies have been drinking and eating apart for a week. Vet indicated humans actually transfer Parvo for up to 3 years, like human pet owners being the problem not unvaccinated puppies, as she drew me a graph showing how I would be infecting my puppies. Absurd that Parvo is not caused by bringing puppies around dog parks, grass, and crowds without all of their vaccines. After asking why AKC website and google support vaccines at 6, 10 and 14 week interval, as the clinic did in past for our family the response was “ are you a doctor? You are not a doctor. I will not give the puppies their shots. You will need to come back in a couple weeks.” We’ve used them for years. I will never use them or refer them again.

I love our veterinarian’s office. Two things they do I have not seen before: they stagger appointments so pets aren’t in waiting room together and they always send a follow up text to check on my pet.

My puppy had a few accidents while waiting and we didn t have anything to clean it up with. I ll bring something next time, but it would be nice to have paper towels or something in the room. Other than that it was an outstanding experience. Thank you! :)
