I have been a client of yours for many many years and I always love how the vet is always so caring and loving and the text to they really make you feel like their family

Only issue was the prescription was called into the wrong compounding pharmacy. The vet or vet tech was very helpful and helped ID the pharmacy we were looking for but when it came time to pick it up, whoever called it in called in to the wrong one.

I would not go to any other place for my furbaby. If you care about your pet you will only go to Crosswinds Animal Clinic for all of your pets needs.

It was so nice to have the front desk and back office staff be so sweet. I left my left Vet because of the front office. They were rude to me,and I realize everyone has bad days, however mostly they were mean to each other and seemed to pick on one girl. It was Very uncomfortable and unprofessional. Your Dr. was so kind and did a very thorough exam on Finn. I just lost my Wheaten Terrier who had been sick a long time. So Finny was a little looked over for his health for the last few months while we were focused on his brother and I didn t pay attention to a wound that had developed on his leg and felt so bad when the doctor pointed it out. I thought it was just nothing to worry about.... Doctor was very nice about it and I appreciated her very much. Thank you! Janelle and Finn Crane

Dr Vera was lovely. As always the staff is very wonderful and helpful and loving to the wonderful fur babies. My kitten did great and everyone was wonderful. Thank you

All these should be set to Excellent, my PC did not give me the option to click on any of the options in the Ratings column. Bringing my cat Luigi to Crosswinds is like a treat for him. The staff are extremely kind and informative, and it s great that the receptionist know my cay by name. This is the best vet experience that I ve ever had and I feel safe knowing Luigi is in the hands of a great staff and is well taken care of. I highly recommend Crosswinds to anyone seeking a vet for their precious pet.

This was Luna s 1st visit since we adopted her, and all the staff...front, tech, Dr...they were all fantastic. We are happy to have Cross Winds as our vet home.

Excellent Service Thank you

Just moved here 3 months ago and found Crosswinds Animal clinic to be so convenient for me. Lots of easy parking Great Hours and Dr. Martin was excellent. Took good care of my Chihuahua , made us feel good for our first visit. Was thorough !!! Thankyou

Staff and Dr Martin went out of their way to help me with Mia. Great customer service and elite veterinary doctors are consistent in my 25 years entrusting my pets with Crosswinds!

I did receive a follow-up visit regarding questions I had regarding Teddy from a different doctor that had not seen him the day I was there. The only one suggestion I would offer is that the Doctor who saw the pet, should be the one to follow up because I felt like I had to repeat everything that I already said he was being treated for and had to even ask if he needed an antibiotic. And then, he had to look in his file and say oh yes he does need it.

Loved how Dr. Martin took as much time as I needed to learn all about the procedures my dog would need. I never felt rushed by the vet or the tech we saw. Everyone was friendly and I am so glad we found this clinic.

I felt that Dr Brazeal was rude and I will not schedule future appointments with her for either of my cats. I was impressed with the rest of the staff however so I will give the office a second chance with another veterinarian.
