This is hands down the best veterinary office in the Valley. We drive from Ahwatukee to their office off of Higley. We don’t mind the drive at all because they take such great care of not just our fur baby but us as well. So grateful for Dr. Roach and her staff!

Thank you for the exceptional care and compassion that was provided for our pup. We’ve met with Dr. Martin and Dr. Vera and they have been so informative, helpful, honest, and thorough with every visit. The whole staff at this clinic is amazing and we’re so happy to have found such an incredible vet clinic!

Very inviting lobby area, and everyone I had contact with were professional, friendly and kind.

My only problem with scheduling an appt is that I’d hoped for a same day appt and couldn’t get one. I feel there should be a certain amount of time allotted for same day emergencies. What happens when someone comes in unexpectedly for a euthanasia? We just moved to AZ and I was amazed that same day was not an option as it was in our previous state.

Went real smooth.

Everyone at the clinic is always very friendly and helpful. All of the vets and staff take their time and show a level of kindness towards the animals that I haven t seen at other vet clinics. Dr. Vera is down right wonderful. I couldn t say enough nice things about Cross Winds. I appreciate the work there that everyone does.

The vet came in with a chip on her shoulder and a defensive attitude. Having never met her, I was surprised that her first words were not “hello” our introducing herself- but “so I hear we have internet doctor in here”. As if I am the only one to research my pet’s symptoms. She wasn’t being funny or kind. She was very abrasive and defensive the entire time. I am usually pretty assertive- but I just let it go. I will never see that vet again. Everyone else was, as always, amazing.

Crosswinds is the best!

They were awesome friendly and scheduled me on such short notice.

I came in with my 2 dogs for heartworm testing and Heartgard refill, among other things. I was told one of my dogs wouldn t be able to get the test and refill because she was due for a yearly exam in 3 weeks. I live 3 hours away so to be told I couldn t have one of my dogs treated for something that is due now because of something that s due in 3 weeks was more than frustrating. If the exam was needed to complete the heartworm/heartgard appt, it shouldn t have been scheduled as a tech appt. There was no mention of her needing an exam when I scheduled the appt either. Thankfully, Dr Vera said she would squeeze us in so I didn t have to make another 6hr roundtrip drive for a reschedule. Dr Vera was great as always!!!

Appointment was great. Staff and Dr. were very welcoming. We left with all of our questions answered and with confidence that we had made the right choice for the health and care of our new puppy.

The doctor and tech seemed in a bit of a rush. I had just gotten my dog as an adult rescue a week before. She was nervous and I felt like the doctor tried to hurry the exam which did not make my pet calm.

I love the staff at crosswinds

I ve been bringing my fur kids to Crosswinds for around 17 yrs. I have always loved most of the staff and Dr. Roach. The current support staff and ALL the current Vets are amazing! I can t put into words how much I love all of these people have shown my pets or the compassion when we ve lost one. Thank you all!

This is the best veterinary office I have ever been to. Dr. Martin really took time to explain the latest research on when to spay our lab. Everyone is friendly from the front desk to the vet techs. I highly recommend Crosswinds!

Kim our vet tech was friendly and informative. Both handled puppy with care. They checked on puppy’s reaction to vaccines the next day to be sure she was doing well. Crosswinds Animal Clinic is top notch.

My first experience at Crosswinds Animal Clinic was extremely positive. Dr. Roach is amazing. She was very positive and caring. She listened to my concerns, explained the illness my dog is experiencing and established a treatment plan for his improvement. All of this delivered with obvious extensive knowledge and a wonderful sense of humor and outgoing personality. The staff was kind and loving to my dog, who wasn t feeling well at all. I am so grateful that I chose Crosswinds Animal Clinic.

Appreciate the staff recognized my dog is not other dog friendly and immediately put me in a room, thank you! Feel very good coming here and do not feel pressured into costly things I cannot afford at this time in my life. Great Place
