The front office staff and the vet tech were absolutely wonderful. They truly made us feel welcomed. It calmed my nerves and our dogs nerves. However, I felt as though the vet was a bit harsh. She did not make us feel as comfortable as we had our initial visit.

I was so impressed with this office and felt completely comfortable. Dr. Roach was amiable and loved Lucifer. She was so easy going and explained things about my puppies health and took her time with me and my pup. I would highly recommend this office for any pet owner.

Maggie is always apprehensive of strangers. However, Dr. Martin gets right down on the floor with her and she remembers him and allows him to touch her. He makes her feel comfortable.

Max was never taken into a room which I completely understand you guys seemed overbooked. But it was his annual exam which I paid $55 for and wasn t really even able to ask questions that I had on my mind and in my paperwork. That is the first time anything like that has ever happened and I m a very forgiving person I just hope it doesn t happen again. Thank you as always
