I LOVED the staff and doctor I saw. Everyone seemed to enjoy my dog and the doctor spent a long time with me answering questions, even though it was an emergency appointment for a sick dog and my dog isn’t a patient there. I was very impressed that they had emergency appointments available as well. Great office!!

We were very pleased with Crosswinds. Our previous vet was Caring Hearts. Ever since Dr. Schleappe began decreasing his hours due to his own medical condition things have gone downhill. We can not make appointments in a timely manner and can no longer be seen for emergency visits.

I had to schedule an emergency appointment for Jet and it was such a relief to have Dr. Roach walk in. She does so well with our animals. Both of my dogs have their own anxious behavior and she has always done such a great job to treat them. Jet usually has to be muzzled with the other vets but has never had to be muzzled with Dr. Roach and I appreciate her ability to interact with my pets in a way that creates the least amount of stress for them. She truly has a gift.

Dr. Martin was great! When meeting my German Shepherd Zayda for the first time, he came in the room and automatically sat on the floor to make her feel more comfortable - I ve not seen this approach before, definitely a breath of fresh air.

I was pleased with the employees of Crosswinds Animal Clinic. This was my first visit so I didn t want to prejudge them. The dog had been sick but nothing was noted as needing attention.

The cost for the office visit was reasonable. My dog needs dental work done and the estimate was so outrageous (over $1000) that we can’t possibly afford to do it for him. My only option is to call around to other vets and hope someone else can treat him. I have loved the convenience of being able to go to Cross Wind but we will have to look for a new vet.

I appreciated the thorough exam by the vet. The only thing that was slightly inconvenient was the time I waited to be seen and the fact that I had to leave her there because the wait for X-ray and blood work was going to be over an hour. This was our first time here- I have another vet- but I think I will switch all my pet needs to Cross Winds because of the thoroughness and care that my corgi received. Thanks!
