My dog loves to go to this office! So do I. Dr.Irina Vera is great and I appreciate the time she takes to interact with my dog. She also has great people skills. Everyone in the office is great to work with.

The staff are all extremely personable and courteous. They were very empathetic when our furry babies left this world and were welcoming and kind when we introduced our precious pup to her new life with us. Suggestion: Animals dislike long waits behind close doors just like we do!

Dental cleaning price seems high at $811

Didn’t get any indication that my scoring registered above, but they were all Fives. The visit was more than satisfactory. I will very likely choose this office for all my pets (currently 4 cats).

We have always been pleased with the care given to our Sassy who we had to put to sleep at 14. Now we have a new dog Taffy and were very pleased with her care.

Tech. Syndey(sp?) called with results of blood tests. She primarily used medical terminology to answer my questions. It was not understandable to me (a layman) even though she tried to simplify for me at my request. I followed up with my questions on an email. I received thorough and understandable responses via return email from Dr. John Martin. I continue to refer people to your Crosswinds facility.

The staff and doctor is amazing!

I left because they put me in the separate waiting room and forgot about me for 35 minutes. I told them exactly why I left and there was no apology. I have since asked for my records, I will go to a place that cares about the customers experience.

One suggestion, raise the thermostat a couple degrees in the examination room. Your people are great, the vet tech so polite and knowledgeable, the doctor spent a great deal of quality time with us teaching, expressing concerns, explaining options, and just being a kind person.
