The Vet was so amazing that she explained everything clearly to me so I understood the first time. I also appreciate the clinic going above and beyond and doing a total well check for my puppy who had an eye infection. They found several serious issues that need my attention right away. I love this place. Along with all that they are so nice and very reasonably priced. I highly recommend them.

The doctor was very knowledgable but talked AT me with big technical words rather than talking TO me in common words.

I spoke to a girl at your office 3 times on Wednesday and had an appointment on Thursday. When we got there we had to wait outside and call to let someone know we were there. 20 minutes later someone called and asked all the questions that I had answered the day before when I called to make the appointment. Then they wanted to take my dog in without me and look at him. I get that everyone is freaking out over this “flu” but if someone would have told me Wednesday that they were operating like that for appointments I would have never made the appointment. My dog is a bit skiddish and wouldn’t have been comfortable without my husband or myself with him. I was pretty upset when we left considering we live 35-40 minutes away. Maybe you should have your staff inform ANYONE that calls for appointments of the new rules. Thanks
